Are you looking for a premier waterfront home to enjoy your beach vacation? Come and stay in my newly renovated, 3 bedroom penthouse unit on the Island in Corpus Christi. Huge bay windows and cozy furnishing give this home the wow factor while still maintaining the homey feels. Designed for couples and families alike - Perfectly situated to sample all of Corpus Christi's favorite outdoor pastimes like beaching at the Bob Hall Pier, birding at Mustang Island State Park and of course fishing!
This is the Penthouse unit within a boutique 7 unit waterfront complex redesigned exclusively for VRBO guests. This unit has beautifully tiled common areas, two private patios for grilling and relaxing, and of course Big Buck Video Hunting the number 1 rated arcade game in Texas! This penthouse unit also has access to our shared pool, media room and gym. The complex has hundreds of feet of waterfront for fishing in our own private honey hole. This is a second floor unit and access is through a set of stairs with a landing midway.

â Room 1: This is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed. We have a 60 inch fountain and barrel reading chair and lamp. Private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower, a 50 inch Wall mounted TV, which is WIFI connected and capable of streaming your favorite apps. Built-in oriental styled wooden wardrobes complete this master bedroom. There is also access to the outdoor patio.
â Room 2: This room has a triple queen bunk bed set. It has two reading lights, a large L shaped desk and a chest of drawers. The desk has a laser printer and paper provided, It has a nice size closet and shares the common remodeled bathroom with a travertine tiled walk in shower with bench.
â Room 3: This room has a queen-sized bed. It has a large closet, wall mounted TV, WIFI connected TV , two reading lights and a chest of drawers. This room shares the common remodeled bathroom with a travertine tiled walk in shower with bench.
â Two Cozy Patios: One patios on each side of the common area complete this unit. You can relax and enjoy the waterway views or do some grilling on my outdoor gas barbecue grill.
- Laundry: This unit does include a washer and dryer in the kitchen. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.
â Gym / Media Room: The Gym / Media room is situated by the pool and is a shared space for the enjoyment of all guests. There is a 65 inch Samsung TV, puzzles, cards, board games and an arcade unit with over 1,000 retro games (including all versions of Street Fighter II) for use. The gym area has a dumbbell weight set, weight bench, bozu ball and elliptical machine and fan bike.
â Outdoor area: The complex has a large pool with six outdoor chaise lounges as well as a shared grilling station and a shaded 6-seater table and bench. We have a sitting gazebo as well next to our very large pool. The hot tub is on a platform overlooking a wide expanse of the canal. At the water's edge we have an 8 seater table and 4 Adirondack chairs, this is a great space for family dinners or to bird watch.
200' of docks wrap the entire complex at the bulkhead. 2x 35' slips, 2x 20' slips and multiple other places to tie up boats large and small. The central dock has multiple sitting areas, a large built-in table with seating for 6, an outdoor kitchenette. and a large fish cleaning station with ice chest. This dock has electrical power and is lit at night. We have 2 stainless steel fishing holders.
-Guest access: Guests will be able to access their unit as well as the common areas of the complex around the pool and by the bulkhead.
This unit has 7 designated parking spaces. Please be mindful of the parking. The parking spaces listed 7A & 7B are clearly painted in yellow. There is ample street parking. Large trucks may use my designated "Guest Parking" in the complex next door. Trailers should be placed in one of our two designated âTrailer Parking" spots.
General Disclosures for all guests AKA House Rules
OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Occupancy limits are posted and confirmed at time of reservation. If guests exceed the occupancy limits agreed upon at the time of the reservation, the guest will be asked to leave without a refund. Exceptions to the occupancy limit are only made for infants under the age of three. Additional visitors must also be pre-approved by our management team. Four guests are included in the standard booking price. Each guest after 4 has a charge of $30 per guest per night.
DAY USE: Only guests listing on the booking shall be able to enter the property and utilize our facilities and fishing areas. We do not offer a âday useâ where friends and family not directly listed as guests may come and stay during the day. Seahaven management should be informed, and in most cases will approve, luncheon and dinner request to bring unregistered guests inside the units for small get-togethers. We will not grant pool access, facility access, nor fishing spaces to unregistered guests.
LINENS & STAINS COSTS: Replacement costs for lost or stained items below-
$50 - Linens, $25 - Bath towels, $10 - Pillowcases, $5 - Hand towels, $50 â Comforters. $75 â missing Beach cooler
SMOKING / VAPING: Smoking or vaping is only allowed on the private patios, decks or by the canal NOT inside the home. Residual marijuana or cigarette odor will result in a $500 charge for professional cleaning services.
PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed at the property with a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. We have a grass area in front of the building for dogs. Fees will be charged as follows and are segregated by size (under and over 25lbs).
7 day booking or less: $130 for 1 dog over 25 LBs or up to 2 dogs under 25lbs. $100 for a 2nd dog over 25 lbs.
8-29 day bookings: $260 for 1 dog over 25 LBs or up to 2 dogs under 25lbs. $130 for a 2nd dog over 25 lbs.
30 days or greater: $400 for 1 dog over 25 LBs or up to 2 dogs under 25lbs. $200 for a 2nd dog over 25 lbs.
Please keep your dogs always leashed within the property and please do not leave your dogs unattended inside the unit unless they're in a kennel. If an unreported pet is found to be staying in the property, the guest may be charged $500.00 and will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
Service Animal: A dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. No pet fees will be applied.
Emotional Support Animal: A dog that provides companionship, relieves loneliness, or helps with depression, anxiety, or certain phobias but is not required to have special training to perform tasks that assist people with disabilities. Standard charges for pet fees will be applied.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in and check-out instructions will be included with your reservation confirmation. Check-in time is 3:00pm. We never know what may happen prior to a guestâs arrival so early check-ins are not guaranteed but may be accommodated depending on availability. Check-out time is 11:00am. You may arrange for a late check-out, if available, for a fee of $25/hour. Any guest staying past 2:00pm will be charged for an additional day of rent.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Cancellations made between 14 - 8 days will receive 50% refund for cancellations. Cancellations 7 days or less from check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
HURRICANE AND MANDATORY EVACUATION POLICY: We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance for stays during hurricane season - June 1st through November 30th. In the event of an evacuation of Padre Island, whether voluntary or mandatory, we will not issue refunds nor will we move the reservation to alternative dates. If you have declined travel insurance, you shall not be entitled to a refund.
GUEST: Upon arrival the guest agrees to notify property owner or management team of any damage to the property. Guests agree to accept responsibility for all damage caused by negligence or willful disregard by guests or members of their party.
NEIGHBORS: No loud music or parties. Guests shall not use rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purposes or in any manner that interferes with other residents on the property. Violations of this rule could result in immediate eviction. Please observe speed limits at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Should you have a problem with noise coming from another unit please contact our staff or the local police department.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Check the property carefully before leaving. Property owner and staff will not be responsible for items left in properties after check-out. Please notify Seahaven management as soon as you realize youâve forgotten something, and we will make every effort to locate and return lost and forgotten items when the property is unoccupied but there is no guarantee they will be found. If a guest leaves an item on the property and wishes to have it mailed back to them they will be required to pay for the postage as well as a $50 service fee. Any forgotten items must be retrieved within 10 days, or they will be donated to a local charity.
