Welcome to Below Deck! This bright and colorful efficiency unit is tucked away in a quiet area, but is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and everything that Port A has to offer. The beach is only a few blocks down Avenue G and is perfect for a quick beach getaway or fishing trip. It has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience. A wi-fi enabled smart television to stream your subscription programming and wireless internet are included with your stay.

Outside, you'll find a small patio for enjoying the gulf breezes and a fenced SHARED yard that is shared by the complex for your four-legged friends to use. We've just added a shared breezeway for the complex with covered seating and a game area. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

There is one parking space for this condo. Any additional cars, boats or trailers will need to be parked on the street.

There is not a washer/dryer in the unit, so please plan accordingly.

This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 1 dog for this small space. We charge a $25 pet fee and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone.
