This newly remodeled, ground-floor condo has an open floor plan overlooking the shared pool/hot tub, which is just steps away from the back door. Entertain in the open living room with a plush couch that converts to a sofa sleeper and a loveseat, both made for relaxing, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 4. Practice your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee off of the back patio which has a view of the shared pool and grilling area. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and chest. The guest hall bathroom has a tub/shower. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is at the end of the hall for your convenience. The master bedroom (BR2) is at the end of the hallway. It has a Queen-sized bed, dresser, TV, nightstands and closet. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a glass enclosure and a separate spacious vanity area. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

End of summer recharge

My son, daughter-n-law, my grandchildren and I had a fantastic time. The location was great. Management was delightful! We were even given a discount when renting a golf cart. We will be coming back!

Great stay!

Easy to park, great location in town without being loud, great layout with space in the right places. A few small repairs needed but nothing that affected our stay much. AC worked great in mid August! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing condo!

This condo was nice and clean. Super easy check in process. We rented a golf cart from them also a super easy process. The pool is just steps out the back door. I would definitely stay here again! Property manager was amazing!

The apartment was great. The only issue we had was that the pool on the property was not usable. The water was murky greenish-yellow due to algae and needed shock, chlorine and cleaning.

Short trip but comfortable stay.

My only complaint was the pool was dirty then the next day closed for maintenance. We also didn’t have hand soap in the bathrooms or trash bags in the trash cans. Everything else was good. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Arkansas harbor's condos

Soooooo we received text that our place was ready. We walk in and it was a mess!! Beds were not done up there was trash and pillows in the living room a few things in the fridge, not acceptable!!!! But I called they said someone would be there in 10 mins and they were. The manager Sheila apologized over and over. Within 30 mins the cleaning crew of 6 or more had it all cleaned up and smelling fresh! Just a hiccup happens. But Sheila was awesome in getting it resolved and refunded my cleaning fee. We had a blast, beds were comfy and we were right by he pool, which by the way is very nice. Thx again Sheila!!

Spring Break 2021

My family stayed here for spring break. We had a great stay! Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking necessities. Location is great. We rented a golf cart to get around which was awesome to get to the beach, shops, and local eats. Would recommend!
