The living room is comprised of an oversized couch with plush pillows, a matching armchair, and two ottomans, made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee or evening beverage on the back patio in a grassy area while watching the ships pass through the channel or gazing at the spectacular array of birds while using the birding books from inside to identify them. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and desk for working remotely or for distance learning assignments. The hallway bath has a large granite countertop, sink, and tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, and a closet. The ensuite bathroom has a separate vanity area from the large tile shower with a glass door.
