The adjacent, modern dining table has seating for 4 to enjoy meals or games. Try out your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, basic pots, pans, and utensils. There are two stools at the bar for additional seating. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while sitting in the Bay breeze. The guest bedroom (BR1) is decorated in a Nautical theme with a Twin and Queen-sized bed, nightstand, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The hallway guest bath has a tub/shower. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom in neutral colors (BR2) which has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, wall wall-mounted TV, a closet, and a sitting area for reading with two accent chairs and a bench. The ensuite bath has a tub/shower. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a closet in the hallway. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
