The condo smelled a bit musty, like mold and strong cleaning chemicals. There were more stairs than I anticipated, 3 flights. The shared outdoor patio was completely monopolized by the neighborsâ smoking lounge (they were not friendly) and there were no chairs for this unit. I did not get check in instructions until almost 9 pm. The unit was dated with soft spots in the floor, doors that didnât close right, knob missing from the pantry door, the bath tub fixture not attached to wall, rust in the dishwasher, rust on the dryer lint trap, broken window, to name a few. The good things: location was very close to the beach and walking distance to 2 bars. The decor was very attractive. Everything worked; the kitchen appliances, the A/C (no cooler than 72*per the house rules), the hot water, and the laundry machines. We did not see any bugs at all! The master bed was comfortable. The pool was decent. There was no hot tub (which I saw listed in amenities). Overall it was just ok, we would have been happier if not for the off putting smell.
