The kitchen is equipped with a free standing electric stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, toaster, an abundance of dishes, cookware, and bar ware. The outside space that is included with this unit has been fabulously landscaped and offers a fully fenced yard, patio furniture and a private fire pit. This home can sleep 4 comfortably. Both the bedroom and living area have flat screen televisions with cable. Wireless internet service is also provided. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.STR#524855

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
