Welcome to the B Avenue Bungalows!

Come kick back and enjoy the island vibes in this newly renovated condo right in Coronado Village and also just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Coronado Beach.

After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local restaurants, or taking a boat ride around San Diego bay, come back and chill out by the BBQ, or inside enjoying the smart TV or relaxing on the king bed.

Looking forward to your visit!

-The property is nestled in the famous Coronado Village, just steps to fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches.
- The back of the couch in the living room folds into a full sleeper, we also have a twin sized air mattress.
-We have a limited number of parking spots in a private garage for $25 per night, depending on availability. Let us know if you would like to reserve one! (The parking garage`s clearance is 6 feet, 6 inches.)
-Freshly renovated, lower-level unit right across the bay from downtown San Diego with a king-sized bed. A couch that is a pull out queen and an air mattress are available to accommodate two more guests.
-Enjoy the at-home movie experience with a 55` Smart TV in the living room.
-Enjoy the private bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen.
-Kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker.
-Relaxing patio out back to enjoy under the Cali sun.
-There is a shared coin washer and dryer at the complex for the unit.
-This unit has wall-mounted (mini-split) air conditioning unit in the bedroom.
-Each unit comes with a beach wagon which includes beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys!

Located in the heart of Coronado’s picturesque downtown, B Ave Bungalows offer are located in the heart of Coronado,a block from the island’s main street of Orange Avenue, which offers a number of boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and more. We are also only steps away from one of the country’s most beautiful beaches.

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and protect your stay:
-Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removal pads for your convenience!
-Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them:
---No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking)
----No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking)
----We have technology that- ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please help us out and do not remove/unplug any hardware at the property, as this may incur additional fees.
----Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash and place it in the proper trash cans outside. Gray = Trash, Blue = Recycling, Green = Yard waste.

Additional Note:

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.

Out of respect for our neighbors with busy lives and families, we do strictly enforce this rule. Perfect location

We could walk to everything in downtown Coronado we needed. It was quiet and clean. My only complaint was the shower. It's a tight fitting stall, however, the shower head needs to be replaced. It was difficult to get enough water pressure thru the misty spray to rinse my hair. Otherwise it was a great experience for 2 nights. Easy check-in/out, clean, safe, and convenient - everything we were looking for.

Awesome Stay Again!

This was the second time staying with this host and it was just as magical as the first. The condo is always nice and clean and well stocked with everything we need. We sit. Even have to take any beach stuff because they provide it all in a convenient beach cart. We love the location and convenience to everything we need and want to do. Thanks for a wonderful trip! A Perfect Spot in a Perfect Spot!

We love this bungalow unit and have stayed here several times. It is clean, well-appointed and equipped, on the first floor (with just a couple of steps to the door), has a back door out to the courtyard, and has plenty of room for the 2 of us. The host is very responsive and accommodating whenever we've had a question. The location is ideal--2 blocks from the Del and one block from the adorable shops. In sum, it is a perfect spot to stay in a perfect spot to visit!

The Perfect Spot!

These B Avenue Bungalows are the perfect spot to enjoy your time in Coronado! They are adorable, well maintained, clean, and even have a lovely courtyard to enjoy. And, they are just 2 blocks from the beach and the Del. We have stayed in several of the units, and have loved them all. I highly recommend them!

Everything was perfect!

AMAZING Location

This is doors away from the main street. Walk out in the moring for breakfast, 5 mins walk to the beach. Lobster roll shop across the street. AMAZING Location. 1BR unit was perfect. Totally outfitted for beach. Bed was comfortable. Super QUIET ! Would recommend reserving the unit parking at the parking garage next door as street parking is impossible ! Will be back !

Convenient location but beware!

Unit 2: Excellent location, easy to get to Orange Ave restaurants, shopping & beach! There were both great and awful elements of our stay here. At first the place seemed clean but we discovered mold on all of the windowsills when we were opening them up to attempt to circulate some fresh air as my husband and I were both having allergy & sinus/ breathing problems since arriving at the unit. The king bed was in terrible shape and very uncomfortable. The "double sofa bed" isn't really even suitable for a small child. My husband & I often sleep separately if one of us is snoring and neither of us could have slept on this poor excuse for a bed, rickety and very hard with a large bump in the middle. 'Coffee maker" was odd & no instructions. The beach wagon was fabulous, but stored up on a landing so had to be hauled up & down stairs. The parking was worth the extra $ and convenient. Alan responded quickly to messages when I emailed, We did not talk with Alan about the mold; our time on holiday is so precious and we had scheduled every minute we could with our family, emailing and messaging gets tedious and wasn't something we wanted to deal with at the time. This unit could be amazing but it needs some care and furniture updates.

Great location!

Came for a work conference at hotel del ccoronado. We needed a kitchen since we were traveling with kids. The walk to the hotel was very short - 5 min. Also short walk to Orange Ave and all the restaurants and shops. I emailed the host and he got back to me right away. Would recommend it!
