The Space:

As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious, open-concept great room on the top floor, bathed in natural light. This airy space provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with family and friends and is the ideal gathering spot.



This fully stocked kitchen features an open-concept design, allowing you to stay connected with the whole family while cooking. The abundance of windows lets in plenty of natural light, offering ocean views even from the kitchen. With ample seating, including a dining table and a breakfast bar, it’s the perfect spot for everyone to enjoy meals together!



This rental features four cozy bedrooms, two of which open directly onto the deck. Wake up to the calming sound of the ocean or unwind in the evening with a gentle sea breeze.

Guest Access:

-Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open April 1st and close in early November**

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



Pool Heat: Pool is open April 1st - November 1st and pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates.



Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
