We just got back from our stay at Nomad Dunes and wow—we’re still talking about it. The house is gorgeous, super clean, and had literally everything we could need (and then some). From the comfy beds and stocked kitchen to the heated pool, hot tub, and arcade room—it was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.
The location is something out of a movie. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, drinking coffee while watching wild horses wander through the yard, and ending the night stargazing from the hot tub... unreal. You do need a 4x4 to get there, but it’s totally worth the adventure.
Mike and Chelsea were awesome hosts—great communication, super helpful, and clearly care about making your stay amazing. If you’re even thinking about booking this place—just do it. You won’t regret it.

Mike and Chelsea’s home was beautiful! We had a great stay at Nomad Dunes. There was plenty of things in the home to keep everyone entertained- even for our cold winter stay! The views were gorgeous and the rooms were comfortable. Mike and Chelsea were great hosts that answered questions quickly and provided more things for guests in an AirBNB than I’ve ever seen- if you’re familiar with the 4X4 area- that was so very important and convenient to not have to worry about bringing a million things with us to the area. The horses came right up to the house every morning while we had our coffee, the location was great! Perfect stay if you are looking for a wonderful home in Carova Beach!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Corolla. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We used the hot tub and fire pit almost every night—such a great way to wind down after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was just a short, easy walk away. One of the highlights was seeing wild horses wander right into the yard—such a unique and unforgettable experience! Mike and Chelsea were fantastic hosts—attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!
