Welcome to Sea Haven!

The perfect location and close to all that Corolla has to offer! Relax with the whole family in this peaceful location near beach access in a family-friendly neighborhood. Just 1 mile from Groceries and restaurants and other attractions.

Located between Duck and Corolla, Sea Haven offers all the entertainment and conveniences of the two towns. Shopping, movie theaters, golf, and restaurants are all in the nearby towns. The new Corolla bike path connects from Ocean Sands north to Whalehead. You can also enjoy the community Tennis court!

Come celebrate and experience OBX life as you chill out, unwind and de-stress. This home is a memory maker and will exceed your vacation expectations. This is a place you will return to year after year!

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, coffee/tea, beach chairs, and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.

- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, beach towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel.
- Beds will be made prior to arrival, with the exception of the top bunks.
- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea.

The pool is generally open from April to the end of October.

Sea Haven is family-owned and loved! Located in a private residential community with a preserved area surrounded by natural seashores and flourishing with native wildlife!

Guest access
This house is located in Ocean Sands and includes access to Tennis courts and private beaches for Ocean Sands guests.

Tennis courts are a 2min walk down private roads or drive and park next to the court.

6 car parking in driveway. No RV's or trailers.

Other things to note: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Want to beat the traffic?! We offer FREE 2 pm. Check-in to OUTDOOR spaces!
The cleaning crew will be on site until 3:45pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.


Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs - then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our house!

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

Wonderful Stay!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in OBX in years! Super clean, cozy, short walk to beach, clean pool and hot tub, great neighborhood for riding bikes and walking, super close to everything. The owners were fantastic - we are staying here every year from now on and have shared it with all of our friends and family!

There are not enough words to describe how absolutely I and my family were impressed by Sea Haven!This locations is absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to plan another trip to this location in the future. They thought of everything you would need for a getaway to include a ninja blender. The home has so much detail in ensuring a comfortable stay. I could not recommend it enough.Also,the owner Scott was incredibly responsive and friendly.

Great family vacation

The house was as pictured-very nice and perfect for our group of 8 adults and 3 children under 9. We all had enough of our own space and the main level was spacious enough that we never felt too close. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and having 2 refrigerators was a huge help. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for 16 of us!

The house & owner was great! It had the right amount of Space, bedrooms and bathrooms for 16 of us. The kids love the hot tub and the pool as well as the game area - ping-pong & the sandbox was a favorite. The outdoor shower and fridge was a plus as well. There is no view of the ocean, because there are houses and trees in the way. But overall, it was still a great outdoor space. The Walk to the beach was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk around. The only reason I didn’t rate five stars on cleanliness was because they were a few shower curtains that had mildew and could have been replaced, and a vacuum or mop would’ve been helpful. Otherwise, the place was in great shape, had all the needed amenities, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful visit! The home was very comfortable for 15 of us. Great amenities, great neighborhood and beach. We all had a great time in the pool, lounging on various decks and playing shuffleboard. Highly recommend for a large group!

Terrific trifecta of cleanliness, amenities and dog-friendliness

Terrific house with its trifecta of cleanliness, amenities and dog-friendliness. My family of 11 (10 adults and one 3 yr old) had a super holiday. We enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool, and new shuffle board table. The kitchen was super-clean, well-organized and stocked (it even satisfied the chefs in our party). 5 minute drive to the grocery store and 7 miles to the 4WD beach. Quick walk to private beach access. Scott was very responsive and attentive. He is clearly detail-oriented and takes great care as a host. Will definitely rent from him, again.

Tranquil Retreat: A Blissful Stay at Sea Haven

Our stay at Sea Haven was nothing short of delightful. Situated in a lovely location, it offered the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The proximity to shops was incredibly convenient, allowing us to access amenities easily while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the surroundings. One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub, which provided the perfect retreat during the winter months. It was a wonderful way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring or simply enjoying the cozy indoors. The space itself was spacious both indoors and outdoors, providing plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the surroundings. Whether lounging inside or taking advantage of the outdoor areas, there was ample space to enjoy. The hosts were an absolute pleasure to work with. Accommodating and friendly, they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was seamless, allowing us to settle in quickly and start enjoying our stay. Overall, our experience at Sea Haven was fantastic. From the convenient location to the cozy accommodations and wonderful hosts, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home.

We really liked the location of the house being not too close to other houses. Really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Table tennis was a plus. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. The host, Scott, was very friendly and was checking on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying the stay.

Wonderful Time

I stayed at Sea Haven with a group of 15 that included six adults and nine children (ages 7-15). We also brought along our canine friends. Every one of us had an amazing time, and the house suited us all perfectly. It is conveniently located, very well-appointed, and has a charming ambience that’s pretty but comfortable. Most impressive was the responsiveness of the host. Though we didn’t need him often, whenever we had a question, there was an immediate reply.

Family rental at Ocean Sands

The house is spacious with good size rooms. The house has lots of stairs, consistent with the architecture in the area. The location is amazing, short walk to the beach with trees around surrounding the house. Short drive to grocery store and shopping. The owner is very responsive. We would stay there again!!!

This house had it all! We had 11 people, with plenty of space. We all had our own on suite. We enjoyed all the amenities (pool, hot tub, and close proximity to the ocean). Scott was great to work with. We will definitely stay there again.
