Welcome to Mermaid of Magnolia! This charming 3-bedroom retreat is nestled in the family-friendly Currituck Club community in Corolla, offering access to fantastic amenities right at your fingertips.

Relax and unwind in your own private oasis, complete with a private pool and hot tub—perfect for soaking in after a day of beach adventures. Plus, your furry family member is welcome, as this home is pet-friendly! Up to 2 dogs only, please, with additional fee.

The Currituck Club offers everything you need to keep the whole family occupied and entertained all week! Amenities include three community pools, a fitness center, a playground, tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, bocce ball court, bike trails, and planned activities. A convenient seasonal trolley service makes it easy to get to the beach. For an additional fee, experience the Currituck Club's Rees Jones-designed golf course.

The Currituck Club is a gated community. To improve the arrival experience of the Currituck Club guests and to enhance the security of the Community, weekly gate codes will be distributed to guests only upon check-in. Guests will report to the Tiki Bar at the Main Pool where they will then receive wristbands and check-in information. Complete details will be found in the Guest Portal after booking.

Currituck Club Early Arrivals: Join us before your check-in on Saturdays or Sundays from 10 - 4 all summer long to get a jump on your vacation! Let the interns entertain the kids with pool games while you stretch from the drive and relax in the cabana furniture with a cold beverage! With music, sandwiches and snacks, wine and beer available, you can get your wristbands and even grab a trolley to the beach. With the expanded shower, you and the littles can rinse off and take another dip in the pool while you wait for your house to be ready!

Please note, the garage is not for guests' use.

Mermaid of Magnolia is pet-friendly (dogs only-2 dog max.) There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
