The backyard and pool area faces east and south and can be used all day, and in the evenings, with the southern sky catching some amazing Verde Valley sunsets. The outdoor entertainment area features an outdoor firepit, BBQ grill, and a beautiful pergola extending over the patio for shade in the sunny summers, seating area extending to a private heated pool and views of the Verde Valley. Or visit the Community Clubhouse that offers a Seasonal Pool (weather permitting, April 1-Nov 30) and Community Hot Tub (available year-round).

As the sun sets, come inside to comfort and quality! La Privada accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The luxury master suite features a king bed, a private desk/workspace, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and a private bathroom with dual vanities, a luxurious soaking tub & separate walk-in shower. Perfect for relaxing days at home! The large beautifully designed second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and flat-screen Smart TV, and the third guest room offers a Queen pull-out sofa bed and flat-screen Smart TV. This home includes a full laundry room for guest convenience.

Community Pool & Hot Tub: There is a Season Community Pool (Pool heated from May 1st to Nov 1st, weather permitting, April 1-Nov 30) and Hot Tub (available year-round) for your enjoyment. It is important to follow the complex rules and keep track of your pool key. The clubhouse requires $10 per guest to retain a key fob (with photo) + a refundable $25 deposit per guest to provide each guest with their own personal key fob. The $25 will be refunded when the key fob has been returned. The replacement cost for the pool key is $100.00. Must register at Clubhouse to get a key fob, located at 635 Verde Santa Fe Pkwy, Cornville, AZ 86325.
