The space
Villa Beatrice has four floors, the last is a panoramic rooftop with a splendid view of the Collio Friulano.

The flat is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 comfortable and refined double rooms.

Access is through an imposing gate leading into the lush garden where you can enjoy precious moments of conviviality.

The lounge on the ground floor is furnished according to the original layout of the time and features a 19th-century natural stone floor.
You can still admire a precious white walnut sofa, a majestic table and an elegant display case handmade by local craftsmen.

A prestigious white marble staircase leads up to the first and second floor to the panoramic attic furnished with comfortable tables, chairs and sun loungers.
Here you can experience special moments while tasting a glass of wine, letting yourself be carried away by the colourful panorama of Collio Friulano.

The Villa is composed as follows:

- Ground floor: entrance hall, hall and bathroom
- First floor: Ribolla flat
- Second floor: Merlot flat
- Panoramic rooftop: furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with floral headboard, a Smart HD TV, two black marble bedside tables and a mirrored wardrobe dating back to the 19th century.
There is also a balcony and access to the flat's terrace.

The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a Smart HD TV, two original black marble bedside tables and a full-length mirror.
The living room is furnished with a high-quality, enveloping black leather sofa and a glass table with 4 cast aluminium chairs.

In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find a Welcome Kit with shampoo and shower gel, sheets, duvet and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

The bathroom offers, in addition to complete sanitary facilities, a walk-in shower, an illuminated mirror, a hairdryer and all the space you need to store your personal belongings.

The kitchen is complete with an induction cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher and a complete set of pots, pans, ceramic plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.
It is completed by an OroCaffè coffee machine with assorted Italian coffee pods and a water boiler with tea and herbal tea bags.

The entire Villa is covered by a 1 GB WiFi connection and a ductless split air conditioning system.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire Villa; the ground floor lounge, the panoramic rooftop and the garden are considered common parts that are also accessible to guests of the Ribolla flat.
