Enjoy stunning Kentucky views on 10 PRIVATE acres! This modern farmhouse home will accommodate multiple families while still providing plenty of space to find a quiet area to relax. About 10 mins from the Ark, 30m from Georgetown, 40m to Lexington and 45m to Cincinnati! Enjoy the backyard patio, firepit(s), foosball table, basketball, workout area or simply sit on the front porch in a rocking chair to take in the view. Featuring keyless entry, FAST WIFI & garage usage, we can't wait to have you!

The space

Our home sleeps 14 people: a master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom, two sets of bunk beds in one room, another bedroom with a king bed and a fourth bedroom that has two queen beds with a private bathroom. The upstairs living room also has a pull-out couch to accommodate 2 additional guests. My favorite thing to do is sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee and enjoy the incredible view.
There are 4 TV's throughout the house, including a 65' in the main living room.

Guest access

All amenities in the entire apartment are available exclusively for the guest/s.
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of two closets and two kitchen cabinets (labeled).

You will get the opportunity to embrace the "country life" as soon as you turn into the LONG gravel driveway. Once reaching the top of the driveway you can reward yourself by taking a moment to enjoy the breathtaking view!
All rooms are on the main floor, except one room - located down a flight of stairs (This room can be accessed on the side of the house as well).
Fireplace in living room is not in use.
NO PETS or SMOKING allowed the premises.

Winter note: as mentioned above, the driveway is long (approx. 700ft) and part of it is uphill. Corinth receives about 10 inches of snow per year. If you happen to stay when it snows it will be difficult to make it up the driveway if you don't have 4WD. We do not service the driveway, but can help with some rock salt that is located on the property! Please contact us for assistance if needed!

The house was perfect. We had 2 families visiting the Ark and Creation Museum. The location was perfect. The land gave my 8 year old room to run after both and the house was wonderful for hanging out together while also having our own spaces. Kyle was very responsive and helpful. We loved our visit!

We stayed here for a family trip to the Ark and Creation Museum. It was only 15 minutes from the Ark and close to interstate access as well. The house itself is beautifully updated and extremely clean! The space is wonderful for a large family to stay comfortably together.We did find the beds to be uncomfortably firm, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay at the this beautiful property.

Great location, their description doesn’t even do it justice. Peaceful, country, close to attractions. The house sits on top of a hill with 10 acres. Plenty of grass for the kids to run around. The back area up the hill had a little hidden pond that the kids loved exploring. House had all the amenities, some that were surprising, such as floor fans in the closets if needed, working grill, firepit with wood provided, game room downstairs, comfortable beds, two car garage, custom door codes set as your last four of phone number. They are doing great work here. Our friends that saw pictures are asking for the link to this property so they can visit too.

From the moment we walked in, smelt clean and like home. Private and big enough for big family gatherings yet plenty of room for everyone to have their own privacy. The view is breathtaking, the deer come to visit every morning. Close to the Ark and Ohio zoo. Would stay again just for the quiet relaxation time.

The owners were fantastic to work with and the home and property were beautiful. We were 2 older couples traveling to see the Ark & creation museum. This home was perfect for us! It had everything we needed and the views were awesome. The owner made sure we had all the information we needed. We cooked every night & kitchen was well stocked - the grill was great too. We highly recommend this property for anyone. We were all adults, but it would be fantastic for families too!

Relaxing home for a small, intimate group

I brought twelve people with me from our church to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. We were comfortable with each other and sharing rooms was okay with us. Our favorite features were the outdoor areas. The views were amazing. I think the owners are still adding rooms to the house, so keep your eyes on this one.

Very clean and spaces home. Very well stocked. Very close to the ark. My family enjoyed the basement play area and stock of games.
