Villa Pitteri is a charming two-bedroom villa situated in the beautiful location of Acharavi. With one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy lounge featuring a dining area, this villa offers all the comforts of home. To access the villa there is a path which is 264cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 131cm wide. The terrace ground is uneven and consists of mostly lawn. There are 9 x 40cm stepping stones to get from the seating area to the poolside. They are laid into the grass so are not flat. There is 1 step down from the seating area onto the grass. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the bedroom door is 78cm wide, and the bathrooms door is 63cm wide.
