Villa Martha is set in Perithia among an olive grove, just 800m from St Spyridon Beach on North Corfu. Villa Martha is a newly built villa with a private pool and Jacuzzi extension, 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suited baths and exterior barbeque area. Our holiday villa can accommodate 8 guests in a living space of 180sq.m. The space is elegantly furnished with calming aesthetic shades of beige.
Entering the ground floor of the villa there is an open plan living room and a dining area with large glazing doors viewing and accessing the swimming pool area. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the amenities and electric appliances for the guests comfort. On the ground floor are also two bedrooms. The first bedroom is viewing the swimming pool and features double bed (160*200), wardrobe with beauty mirror and en-suited shower with cabinet enclosure. The second bedroom is viewing the suburbs with the olive groves, has two twin beds, a wardrobe with beauty mirror, en-suited shower with glazing door and private balcony. An extra WC for all guest use is set next to the kitchen.
An interior wooden staircase leads to the first floor where is set the third and the fourth bedrooms plus a small laundry room. The third bedroom is viewing the swimming pool from its private balcony and features double bed (160*200), wardrobe with beauty mirror and en-suited bath. The fourth bedroom is viewing the suburbs with the olive groves, has two twin beds, a wardrobe with beauty mirror, en-suited shower with cabinet enclosure. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron and board facilities.
The beautifully landscaped outdoor space of Villa Martha in Perithia will offer you luxury relaxing moments. Our large swimming pool (length: 9.5m*4.5m depth: 0, 90-1,50m) has also a Jacuzzi section and is surrounded by sun loungers. The barbeque area near the pool is a lovely exterior space where you can gather and dine.
Cars are always recommended, so guests can visit the nearby villages, beaches, shops, taverns and sightseeing. Nearby places that customers can visit are: Antinioti Lagoon and St Spyridon beach 1km away where you can find restaurants, cafes, mini markets, ATM, car rentals, watersports and beach facilities. The center of the village’ Agios Ilias’ is also 1km and has a mini market, taverns, post office and cafe.. A little up the mountain you can visit Old Peritheia village, have lunch in the taverns and tour around the ruins of the historical place. Cosmopolitan Kassiopi has 12km and more beaches along the north coast. On the other side is Acharavi village (6km) with all facilities like a small town or Sidari (15km) for more nightlife. Corfu Town is 40 Km away.
