Villa Anastasia, is a stunning detached property nestled in the outskirts of Sinies Village, Corfu, right on the main road toward Agios Stefanos NE and Kerasia Beach. This idyllic retreat accommodates up to 7 guests in luxurious comfort, offering breathtaking sea views and exceptional natural surroundings. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private pool Villa Anastasia is a haven for relaxation and exploration.
Layout
This comfortable villa extends over two levels, and its main feature is the traditional Corfiot architecture with its many stone-built structures.
Living Room: Located on the ground level this air-conditioned living area, is completed with comfortable seating, an ornamental fireplace, TV, and Free Wi-Fi. Large patio doors lead to the balcony with outdoor dining and spectacular sea views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and an outdoor barbecue available for al fresco dining.

We had the most amazing family holiday at Villa Anastasia, the view is simply amazing. The Villa and its terraces are huge, which was perfect for us to go about our lives without feeling too crowded. It’s well located, not too far by car from Kassiopi and other villages. Renting this villa helped create some great memories!

Ideal for a Relaxing Stay

The villa was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, especially with the four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the pool and the garden area. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was peaceful yet close to amenities. An unforgettable stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Corfu. The house is located remotely, yet walking distance to a small village. It is very well maintained and offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The bathrooms are recently renovated and very clean. The pool and outdoor area were great for relaxing, and the regular cleaning service was a big plus. Good contact with the agency throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an amazing stay at Anastasia villa! The spacious layout was perfect for our family. The pool and garden were ideal for the kids, and we loved the panoramic views. The villa is close to Kalami Beach, which was perfect for relaxing days by the sea. The owner was very helpful and the meal delivery service was a great touch. Would love to return!

We loved the private setting of Villa Anastasia

We loved the private setting of Villa Anastasia with beautiful views across to the Albanian mountains and wonderful sunrises. The villa comfortably accommodated our party of five - 2 parents, 2 children and a grandmother in separate well-appointed rooms, three of which have lovely balconies/terraces overlooking the Ionian Sea. The outdoor spaces of the villa have ample sun loungers and seating plus parasol and shade options. We were able to park our rental car off street in the villa’s shady parking area from where we drove to local coastal villages and towns and enjoyed delicious evening meals. Lovely local cafe, bakery and supermarket only a 10-15 minute walk away. Breakfast and lunch were enjoyed at the villa, outside on the terrace. The swimming pool is beautiful and although not heated we enjoyed a few dips during our April stay. It would come into its own in the hot summer along with the cold water jacuzzi which we didn’t use. Overall a perfect week in a quiet corner of Corfu.
