Looking out across well-established olive groves, Theofania is a brand new two bedroom villa made up of two studios. Being located so close to Gouvia (1.1km), the beach (1.2km), and one of the largest marinas in Greece (1.7km), this property is an ideal choice for a family with older children, or two couples, wanting to be close to the coast and all amenities.
Gouvia is a sheltered bay, once home to a Venetian naval base. Now it is a pretty village which exudes traditional Greek charm, with narrow streets filled with quaint cafes and tavernas. The marina is one of the most modern marinas in Greece, its wonderful fish restaurants, as well as other establishments offering international cuisine, a cricket pitch and even a croquet field, attracts a jet-setting crowd.

Theofania is split across two levels and each level has its own independent access allowing guests to holiday together whilst maintaining a level of privacy. Steps lead up from the parking area to the ground floor accommodation, a light and airy space which enjoys direct access to the partly covered pool terrace.  The lower ground level, accessed externally via patio doors, also has an open plan contemporary design.

Gouvia, along with its smart marina, offering of watersports and proximity to so many of Corfu's sights, is a prime all year round destination for guests seeking both relaxation and adventure. The island’s capital, Corfu Town can be reached in around 20 minutes by car. Here you will find picturesque streets, colourful buildings, boutique shopping and vibrant squares. Notable landmarks include the Old Fortress, the elegant Liston promenade and the bustling Spianada Square.
