La villa bénéficie d'un lit King Size à l'étage et de 2 lits simples dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Les deux sont trÚs bien présentés. Il y a aussi une salle de douche à l'étage, une salle de bain avec lavabo
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée à un niveau élevé. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec chaßnes sportives et cinéma, DVD, vidéos et une sélection variée de films DVD, ainsi que de livres et de jeux.

Nous avons une piscine privĂ©e de 7mtr / Jacuzzi, zone trĂšs privĂ©e nichĂ©e au pied des collines d'Imerolia, Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied de la premiĂšre plage et de la taverne de poissons d'Imerolia. Grandes vĂ©randas et terrasse adaptĂ© pour manger dehors. Carports jumeaux. Toutes les fenĂȘtres et les portes de balcon entiĂšrement moustiquaires.

Dehors, il y a des jardins bien entretenus. et une grande cheminée en brique construite BBQ Idéal pour la cuisine en plein air avec une table couverte 4 places pour manger à l'extérieur

Tout pour ĂȘtre heureux !

Une maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e prĂšs de la plage, proche du centre de Kassioppi. Piscine, barbecue, rien ne manque pour passer des superbes vacances. Si jamais il manquait quelque chose, il y a Allan qui s’occupe de vous et qui est toujours disponible. Adorable. Cet endroit est parfait pour se reposer et vivre facile . Un vrai bonheur !!! Just returned from a fantastic stay at this beautiful charming place. We enjoyed the house and surroundings with the fantastic view of the sea and Alberny in the background. Allan made us very welcome and was always available for a talk or any help neaded. Herbs and vegetables in the back garden where the turtle also gave us joy. All in all we will absolutely recommend this house at any time. Kassiopi is a very nice small town with a beautiful view at the harbour. Many great places to eat or have a drink. All Greeks we met were extremely friendly. Thank you Allan for everything .. your new friends from Denmark

Perfect villa for a perfect holiday!

The villa is absolutely amazing with everything that you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. The welcome pack was incredibly welcome, especially given that we arrived at 2am!! And on that subject, thank you so much to Alan for letting us in at such an ungodly hour!! Back to the villa- the cleanliness, perfect, the atmosphere, perfect, location, amazing, pool, amazing! I couldn't fault anything with the villa at all. On to our host, Alan- just like the villa, Alan was amazing and made our stay all the more perfect. He could not do enough to help us and we all thank him dearly for the effort that he put in to welcome us in to his beautiful property. If we ever return to Corfu then this property is number 1 on our list, as it should be on yours as well!

Great Villa

We had a lovely time staying here. Apart from ideal location and the revitalising pool, the villa was peppered with lots of nice touches. Our stay was enhanced by the refreshing hand soaps, plenty of fresh towels, and the delicious salad from the garden. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated (especially the birthday cake), and Alan goes the extra mile to ensure all needs are catered for.

Villa Veronika

The pictures don’t do this Villa justice. Its beauty is its privacy, surrounded by trees, you will hear nothing but birdsong. The pool is lovely and the terrace outside the bedroom has great sea views. Alan is brilliant! He came out in the early hours of the morning to bring our keys and he generously shares the fruit from his trees, with his guests. I must point out that the place was spotless and stocked with everything that you would need for a home from home experience. The location is great and Kassiopi is a lovely town.

The most amazing villa

This villa is just absolutely beautiful and so well equipped and decorated to a very high standard. From our first interaction with Alan it was clear this would be a 5 star stay. The property is close enough to Kassiopi while being nestled in the hills to allow for heat and breeze. Kassiopi is full of beautiful tavernas with amazing food and stunning beaches with warm seas. Everything we could need and more was catered for in the villa and we even met the tortoise. The welcome pack was charming and really thoughtful and we were treated to a thorough overview of the property when we arrived from Alan who also gave us plenty of helpful advice on the local area. We had an absolutely amazing stay here and loved our time locally and really enjoyed the refreshing pool We would not hesitate to stay again should we return to the area which I am sure we will do. A truly 5 star Villa in a beautiful area

Beautiful Villa Home

A beautiful Villa/Home sprinkled with the magic of Corfu. This lovely pristine home, has so much thought, care and attention, ensuring an unforgettable stay. Lift your head up just from your comfortable bed and pillow and the sea view is remarkable. Step out on to the shaded dining area by the pool and be greeted by dancing butterflies, oh my goodness heaven. All other reviews are totally correct, I agree with them all. A small beach cove at the bottom of the driveway with restaurant and just a few steps away. Down on the road a 10 minute walk is the picturesque Kassiopi bay, with bars, shops, and restaurants all served by lovely and friendly staff. The 10 minute walk is no ordinary walk either, the road is edged by the sea wall and magnificent breathtaking views. Easy access to other areas of Corfu, by car, bus from Kassiopi, or trips arranged by the local tour operator, by boat or coach. Car is not necessary. Just everything was perfect, so if you’re reading this have no hesitation in booking. Thank you to Alan the owner, who is around if you need him but not at all intrusive, and respects his guests with the utmost care and privacy. Thank you for letting us share your Corfu magic. Excellent break

Can't rate Alan our host high enough. From his extensive welcome pack, huge DVD collection and focus on making our stay memorable. He even had the engineer out on a Sunday to fix the tv so we could watch the Queen's funeral the next day. Accommodation was excellant and very homely.

Great Get Away

We knew from previous reviews and photos that we had seen that we had picked a great place to stay. The pool was a massive hit with the teenagers, so much so that it was hard to get them to leave the villa sometimes. Plenty of space for a family of four and everything that we needed provided for. Ten minute walk into town to eat, drink and shop with a gorgeous harbour. Great having Alan around for any help or queries. Our only complaint is that we didn’t get to see Zoidie the tortoise. Perhaps next time

Loved staying here. Alan made this place seem so much like home

All the amenities you need. Pool was private and refreshing. Villa was a 10 minute walk into Kassiopi town for tavernas, groceries and boat trip to Corfu town. Loved this place and wish we were there for more than one week. We cooked on the charcoal barbecue a few times and Alan always made sure it was cleaned up for us. We couldn’t ask for a better host.

We hebben een hele goede tijd gehad in de villa. Het is een heel fijn en goed verzorgd huis, zeer schoon, extra's als veel films (video) en veel tv-kanalen en je kunt heerlijk buiten zitten rondom het huis. Alan is zeer goed bereikbaar en altijd beschikbaar. Kassiopi is lopend goed te bereiken. Heeft vele fijne eettentjes en is zeer gemoedelijk.

Great Villa, Great Location, Great Host

A covenient walking distance from all the shops, bars and tavernas in Kassiopi centre. This superb villa has been fitted out with every immaginable item for your comfort and convenience. It is set back from the main road into Kassiopi nestling on a quiet hillside location with a perfect view from the balconies across the Ionian Sea to the Albanian mountains. The small commercial port of Kassiopi lies below and to the left. The small fishing vessels can be seen coming and going daily. Alan is a very attentive host, always on hand and very willing to help with even the slightest of problems or requests. The perfect place to enjoy the vibrant but low-key delights of Kassiopi town, or just chillax beside the private pool with a drink or a BBQ - or both. Enjoy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It is ideally located and is only a short walk into the centre of Kassiopi for dinner where you will find loads of different restaurants and bars. The villa is extremely clean and well equipped for everything you may need and the welcome pack was much appreciated - it meant we didn’t need to rush to the supermarket as soon as we arrived. There are several outdoor areas, meaning you have plenty of places to sit outside, either in the sun or the shade, which are all private - the views across to Albania from the bedroom upstairs are amazing on a less hazy day. There are sun beds around the pool and also upstairs on the sun terrace. As beach towels and pool towels are provided, it meant we didn’t have to take them which is great when you’re flying with Ryanair! The pool is lovely and clean and ideal for those extremely hot days. Alan, the owner, visited every morning to clean the pool and to water the plants, but we never heard him possibly because we weren’t up! Alan was extremely helpful both before we arrived and after we got there and quickly answered any queries we had. We look forward to returning and hopefully next time we’ll get to see the tortoise!

This property is a complete gem! It’s a fabulous location just outside Kassiópi in imerolia so close enough to walk but not be disrupted by any of the hustle and bustle. The property itself was incredibly clean and was an absolute joy to say in with the benefit of the pool and ample sunbathing options we as a family we’re in our element. Alan himself was wonderful very helpful and accommodating. I cannot recommend this property enough!

A very welcome holiday.....

For obvious reasons holidays have been in very short supply this year, and we weren't sure, even until the last minute really, that we would be able to visit Corfu, and Kassiopi. We are so glad we were able to. The Villa is perfectly located, just a 10/15 minute walk to Kassiopi, with it's beautiful harbour, and many excellent restaurants. If you need a car then there would be easy parking - however, if, like us, you enjoy walking, then a car is certainly not necessary. The Villa itself is extremely clean, and has everything and more that you could want. The owner and his wife have really thought of everything. We particularly liked that the house has several different outside areas, meaning that you can sit in the sun all day, or have as much shade as you like. Having your own pool is lovely. And of course, there is a tortoise in the garden! What more could you want!

Really enjoyed garden and secluded, private pool area. Villa had all the necessities and most important comfy beds - rare anywhere nowadays! Alan was helpful, with our sense of humour, nothing too much trouble. Maria the cleaning lady did a great job too.

Lovely villa

Great villa in a great location with stunning views. One minute walk to a small beach and fish taverna and 10 minutes easy walk to the main town. Villa was spotless and pool was lovely to cool down in. Alan the owner was very helpful and always responded promptly to any communication. We would definitely return to this villa if visiting Corfu again.

Relaxville

As the title suggests, a great place to simply 'relax' & perhaps 'wind down' ! Meet 'n' Greet was 1st class, administered by Alan, and the remainder of the holiday admin was carried out very efficiently by Maria.The Villa Veronika is situated in a lovely quiet location on the outskirts of Kassiopi, within a 10 minute stroll to downtown..............go,..............you'll just love it !

Well run villa with perfect host, pet tortoise & very close to town and beaches

This beautifully & thoughtfully kept villa overlooking the sea is just a few minutes stroll from Kassiopi town. Nestled a short 30m from the main road it is an unbelievably quiet and tranquil setting with views into neighbouring Albania. From the front door you can reach lovely beaches and countryside right on your doorstep: Behind the Villa is a steep hillside with a well-marked track leading to the chicken farm on the top - on the way you are bound (as we found to our delight!) to find wild tortoises and a full assortment of wildlife within minutes of setting off; & within 5-10 minutes stroll along the perfectly safe and delightful coast road you can be in any one of the fabulous beaches in Kassiopi. The owner, Alan, offers plenty of good help and advice if needed and has a lovely garden with fruit produce for visitors to pick. We fell in love with the beautiful harbour and hired a boat from Fillipos (twice!) to explore the coastline and visit the White House where some of the Durrells once lived.
