The ground level features an inviting living area with a sofa bed for two and a Smart TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, espresso capsule machine, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware. A dining table for six creates a pleasant space for meals, and this level also includes a modern bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning, along with an additional bathroom for convenience. The outdoor area is furnished for relaxing moments in the fresh air. Internet reaches speeds up to 24 Mbps, and the property is equipped with a solar water heater providing continuous hot water under normal weather conditions; on cloudy days, guests may use the electric boiler, which typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. A washing machine is available, the entrance is easy to find, the apartment sits on a regular street, and free street parking can usually be found nearby. A baby cot or highchair is available on request.

Located close to Corfu Town and just a short walk from the charming Garitsa waterfront, the suite is ideally positioned for exploring the island’s highlights. Guests can easily reach attractions such as the Old Fortress, Mon Repos Palace, and the historic Old Town with its picturesque alleys and vibrant culture. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, and guests will be informed if early check-in becomes possible; check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the provided bathroom bins. The apartment uses a keybox for convenient self check-in.
