Villa Fedrita is a beautifully 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, with full airconditioning, private south-faced pool and free wi-fi, that appeals to couples and families..The villa is surrounded by verdant mountains, valleys, has sea views and offers unique sunsets. Located in a quiet area within 3-5 minutes driving of supermarkets and tavernas, the Hydropolis-waterpark and the beach of Acharavi. Also the slowly descending into sea sandy beach of Kalamaki is nearby Acharavi. The mountainous area of Panteleimonas has beautiful long distance views and is perfect for walkers.

The living room is located on the first level and has two balconies, where you can relax with a cup of Nespresso or a glass of wine in the silence of nature. In the living room there is a satellite flat screen TV with German, English, French and Dutch channels, DVD and CD player. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has mosquito nets on all windows. Bedroom 1 has an En-suite bathroom with bath / shower, w.c. and washing machine. Bedroom 2 and 3 have bathroom 2 with a combined bath / rain shower and toilet. A hairdryer is available in each bathroom.

A stone terrace surrounds the villa. The south-facing swimming pool (10x 5x 1.35 m) is flooded with sunshine almost all day long. The villa is accessed via a private driveway and there is private parking for 2 cars. Six sunbeds, two umbrellas and a garden table set are available by the pool. Bbq-aera: classic stone Bbq, large table and 6 seating chairs with armrests. Floor 1: large outdoor terrace: sitting lounges with coffee table, large dining table, 6 federlight chairs. The second outdoor terrace includes 2 lounge chairs with a table.

For your own comfort, a rental car is highly recommended. A welcome pack on arrival is provided and included. We can recommend some local car rental companies. They offer fair prices compared to larger companies. There is a local phone number for our villa manager available should you require assistance. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: bed linen and towels are included. Bed linen changed once and towels twice a week. The villa is cleaned twice a week and the pool is cleaned regularly. For your comfort, there are beach towels for each guest, included in the rental price. Central heating and heat pumps are available for out-of-seasons.
You can rent cars/bicycles/scooters/quads in Acharavi and Roda.
Boat hire in Kassiopi, Roda, Agni beach and Corfu port.
Watersports availlable at Acharavi beach, about 3 minutes driving from the villa.
