You have full private access to our cottage and frontage! Can park up to 4 vehicles. There is a ramp to enter the second entrance door on the main level. The lower level also has a step-free access door.
Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay!
While we do our best to ensure we provide as much of the comforts of home as possible, if thereâs something you feel is missing, simply just reach out and let us know! You can contact us anytime by messaging us through Vrbo and we will respond to you right away.

- Please remember that youâre staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7.
- Please keep in mind that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
- Please note that there will be a rental agreement sent after a confirmed booking. Guest is required to sign it in order to get property access.
- For guests with no reviews / negative(lower than 4.9) reviews / unverified profiles. please note we do require a $500 USD Refundable damage deposit to be paid. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay).
- Pet-Friendly â Please Read Before Booking
We love hosting dogs and there will be a pet fee of $150 per pet, but kindly note the following pet rules to keep the space clean and enjoyable for all:
* Dogs only â no cats allowed
* Limit 2 well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs (more may be approved on request)
* Keep pets off beds and furniture
* Use a crate if leaving your dog unattended â no free roaming indoors
* No indoor accidents â potty-trained pets only. Potty pads are not provided
* Clean up after your pet (inside and outside)
A $500 fine may apply for:
* Indoor accidents or strong pet odors
* Pets on beds/furniture
* Unapproved pets

Hot Tub Guidelines
-Please shower before entering the hot tub.
-Enter and exit slowly,no jumping or diving.
-No glass or alcohol in or around the hot tub.
-Children must be supervised at all times.
-Pregnant guests and those with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use.
-Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, or low blood pressue should consult with a doctor before entering the hot tub.
-Keep soak time to 15-20 minutes and avoid use over 104°F.
-Always replace the cover after use and avoid sitting or lying on it.
-Turn off high jets when you're done.
-No soaps, oils, or bath products in the water.
- Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, back, and side yard, and at the doorbell for the safety of the owner's belongings.
- Please consider bringing your own bug spray if you are sensitive to bugs, They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
