This gorgeous townhome is located in Copper Mountain's West Village, convenient to all beginner lifts as well as the American Flyer lift that services more intermediate runs. This rental combines the perfect amount of luxury and space—an unheard of 2,650 sq ft-- to be your home-away-from-home in the Colorado mountains. You'll feel relaxed and happy in this 4-level home with private 2-car garage. The owners have decorated with an artistic eye, and their extra attention to detail with artwork and other decor makes this a very special mountain rental.

You'll feel that all is right with the world as you sip a beverage on one of three private glass-enclosed balconies with expansive views of the ski mountain and the Sky Chutes. Inside, you'll enjoy spacious areas on three levels. Relax in the living room on one of the oversized leather couches or chairs while warming your feet by the gas fireplace and watching your favorite show on the flatscreen tv. Or gather in the full kitchen with endless counter space. It's equipped with all the cookware and appliances you need to prepare your favorite comfort meals and use the dining table for up to eight guests. Or you can easily walk to a nearby restaurant for a night out.

This home offers a loaded game cabinet with board games, cards and even a Barrell-o-Monkeys for a night of family fun. Some in your family might even find time to get lost in one of the suspenseful novels from the library cabinet. You won't be tripping over your luggage and clothes in this home like you do in so many other cramped properties on ski mountains. There is lots of storage and closet space. As an extra convenience, you'll store your skis, snowboards and all the rest of your favorite mountain gear in the mudroom, complete with a bench and cubbies, next to the garage.

‱ 3 bedrooms plus den: 1 bedroom with King bed, 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed in each, and 1 den/office with Murphy full-size bed ‱ 3 balcony sunrooms - glass enclosed with expansive mountain views ‱ Ski mountain homes are not air conditioned, but there are fans and windows galore, so be ready to appreciate the mountain air ‱ Because this is a multi-level home, you’ll have more privacy and quiet if you want it, but there’s no elevator, so be ready to use the stairs ‱ Front-loading in-unit washer/dryer ‱ Towels, sheets, pillows, shampoo, soaps, paper products and hair dryers are provided

‱ Level 1 - Private 2-car garage with attached mud room and storage area.
‱ Level 2 - Spacious living area with lots of comfortable seating, dining area for 8 and fully equipped kitchen with nice counter and cabinet space. Half bathroom and coat closet.
‱ Level 3 - Queen bedroom suite with private Jack & Jill bathroom. Bonus den/office with full-size Murphy bed and lounge/office space with seating. These 2 rooms also share a spacious glass-enclosed balcony. Washer/Dryer on this level.
‱ Level 4 - King bedroom suite with private full bathroom. Queen bedroom with loads of closet space. Another full bathroom off the hallway. These bedrooms share a spacious glass-enclosed balcony.

Please note: Check-in time is any time after 4pm. Check-out time is any time before 10am. We are absolutely not able to accommodate an early check-in and/or late check-out.

Payment/Cancellation Policy - We require a 50% initial payment to confirm the reservation and the balance is due 60 days before your Arrival Date. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, we will refund the deposit minus a $100 cancel fee. NO REFUNDS given for cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation. There are no exceptions to this policy. Unused nights caused by early departure, and/or a reduction in nights, for any reason, are considered cancellations.

Great getaway at Copper!

The property was very roomy and comfortable for our group. The enclosed patios, mud room and two car garage were perfect for a long ski weekend. They made it easy to keep our gear ready and out of living areas. Beds were comfortable, heating and fireplaces respond quickly and we always had plenty of hot water. We will stay here again.

Felt like a Weekend Getaway to a Friend’s Home

What a beautiful and welcoming place! The decor was classy and homey, the bedding clean and comfortable, and the color palette was calming and comforting. I could walk anywhere I wanted to on Copper mountain, including dining, hiking or the Summit Bike Trail. I loved this stay! It’s out of the busy fray of Frisco or Breckenridge but still close enough to hear summer concerts and grab a coffee.

Great ski location, could use a couple touches to make it excellent

We stayed here for a ski weekend trip and it is an excellent location for walking over to the center village at Copper. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything that we needed to cook for our party of 8. This place was really nice, my only hesitation to giving it a full 5 star rating is that it could use some TLC in stocking the bathrooms. More towels, tissues, and TP would be appreciated, there was the bare minimum number of towels and no tissues, and at one point I had to look in other bathrooms to restock toilet paper in the other ones.

As Advertised Only Better

Booked this relatively last minute so I was a bit nervous that the place was either way over priced or not as advertised because the selection was so limited Turned out to be a fantastic place in a great setting. Easy walk to both Center Village and West Village. Didn't attempt the walk to East Village but that is probably manageable as well. The living space is especially nice and we enjoyed the living room fireplace. Plenty of uncrowded / comfortable seating. Cutting board, coffee maker and a few of the kitchen implements were not clean when we checked in but a quick wash solved that. Didn't touch the thermostats although there are numerous ones in bedrooms and bathrooms so I suspect you could temperature adjust to meet the needs of all in your party. The listing said 8 people and when I made the reservation I said there would be 6, which is exactly how many bath towels were provided. If you are staying longer than a couple days or like before and after ski showers request extra towels prior to check in. Condo is surprisingly quiet even though looking out the back window you can see I-70. This was our 17th year skiing at Copper but only the second time we stayed on property. Copper's free parking is awesome but it was nice to park the car in the garage on day one and not touch it again until check out. We plan to return next year and once our dates are set hope this very nice place is still available.

Weekend Ski break

The property was immaculate and incredibly well equipped. There was a surprising amount of space for our party to spread out in. The location was fantastic. It was a very short walk to the shops and slopes. The only negative was that upon our arrival the home was freezing cold (about 40 degrees!). It took about 3 hours to heat the house up to a comfortable temperature. Overall though we had a great stay.

Beautiful spacious home

This house has been beautifully renovated and there was lots of space for everyone. We were cozy and warm with the fireplace and additional heating. The enclosed balconies were a lovely bonus with great views. The mud room area had lots of shelves and hooks for equipment and jackets. The location is good, closest to West Village and a short walk to Center Village. It was awesome to have a two car garage and using an access code meant we didn’t have to worry about carrying or loosing keys. Everyone was very responsive when we had questions and overall, we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious lovely stay in Copper Mountain!

My family of 4 and another friend couple were thrilled to find this beautiful home for our stay!! The manager said it was a brand new listing, so we he snapped it up.. The layout was perfect, 2BR on the top floor, 2 more on the floor below, so we all had our own space and a complete privacy. We sat on the balconies and just couldn’t believe the views in this place! It was beautiful!!!!!!!!! It is the Nicest and largest rental we’ve Ever stayed in. The kids were entertained four hours with all of the games and puzzles. I can’t say enough good things about this property and wish we stayed longer. we will definitely be back!
