Summary:

The entire team agreed, this is our favourite of all the apartments at By the Beach Trail.



With great views of the sea, beach and Øresundsbroen from all rooms, huge sliding french balconies and that cool Scandinavian look and feel this place will amaze.



The property is perfectly nestled along the cozy bicycle path towards the beach and with the buzzing breakfast cafe Wulf & Konstali at ground floor, visitors are set for good times.



The Space:

The corner living room with a huge french balcony and sea views, the inviting and separate dining room and open kitchen and the spacious master bedroom makes this place feel airy, open and clean. Perfect for families, one or two couples wanting more than just a place to stay. This one scores high on life quality.



A TOUR OF THE PLACE

From the street entrance take the big elevator to the 4th floor. The first apartment to the right down the hallway is the 2BR with seaview.



You enter into the open kitchen and dining room. There is a big spacious wardrobe/luggage storage area next to the kitchen.



The blue dining table with benches has plenty of space for 6 and come summertime you will open the floor to ceiling windows and in and out blends together perfectly.



The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice breakfast before heading out to explore. Nespresso machine with complimentary biodegradable capsules, stove, micro and regular oven combo, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer.



Next to the entrance the spacious and cool bathroom with local tiles, big shower head, never-ending hot water and a washer/dryer combo machine.



The master bedroom is separated from the dining room with a sliding door. There is a small wardrobe area and comfortable kingsize (180x200cm) bed with a hypoallergenic pillow selection and warm fluffy comfy’s for those cool Scandinavian nights.



The amazing living room also with floor to ceiling windows that folds open has a high quality couch that unfolds to a queenside (160x200cm) bed for two. Work from the couch with great views and superfast 500mb fibernet wifi or watch your preferred show on the 43” Samsung smart TV with free Netflix account.



The Neighborhood:

The apartments are situated right by the healthy cafe Wullf & Konstali, the most popular stop, along the walk and cycle trail to the highly acclaimed and awesome beach area of Copenhagen called Amager Strandpark.



Strolling the residential area you instantly feel the city planners idea of mixing urban and relaxed. With great restaurants and popular cafe concepts popping up around each corner the neighbourhood is finally starting to feel finished.



Metrostop Øresund five minutes away makes this a perfect location for visitors, with only three stops to the city center and the airport, in each direction. Into This Place founder Jacob and his family calls this area home sweet home. This could easily turn into your favourite area of Copenhagen as it has for many locals and visitors.
