Ducted air-conditioning ensures comfort year-round, and with four TVs spread throughout, there’s always somewhere to unwind.
Outdoors, a wrap-around undercover patio with BBQ sets the scene for alfresco dining, while the fully fenced yard backing onto a peaceful bush reserve, offers privacy, fresh air and a relaxing coastal atmosphere.
The beach is just 200 metres away via an easy, flat walk and Copacabana’s local shops are also within strolling distance - perfect for a morning coffee, bakery treats or last-minute essentials.

Continue along the hallway to a convenient powder room and a generously sized bedroom before arriving at the open-plan hub of the home. Here, the kitchen, dining and entertainment spaces create a lively atmosphere that flows seamlessly onto the covered patio.
The combined laundry with shower nearby adds thoughtful convenience to your stay, offering direct access from the backyard for an easy place to freshen up before stepping back inside.
Upstairs, the fun carries on in the dedicated pool table zone, with bedrooms two, three and four conveniently sharing the main bathroom and separate WC to keep mornings effortless and stress-free.

Long, laughter-filled dinners flow naturally into games and late-night chats, with plenty of room for shared platters, card decks and family banter. It’s the kind of space where meals become memories and no one is left out of the conversation.

Outdoors
Step outside to a fully fenced, north-facing backyard that opens onto the calming backdrop of a peaceful bush reserve, with convenient gated access that makes the outdoors feel like an extension of your own space. It’s a private haven where kids and pets can run and play freely.
After a day outdoors, refresh under the outdoor shower before settling in for long afternoons that fade into balmy coastal evenings.
The wrap-around undercover patio sets the tone for sizzling barbecues on the Webber, relaxed alfresco meals and conversations that linger well into the night - all accompanied by the gentle rustle of nature.

Parking
Parking is made easy with a double lock-up garage with internal access, along with two additional off-street spaces available on the driveway.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
A sofa bed is available in the master bedroom and can be made up as a double upon request. If you would like to use this during your stay, please contact our team with enough notice before your arrival so it can be set up and ready for you.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host mature groups seeking a peaceful getaway, family retreats and can accommodate up to 14 guests with a maximum of 12 adults including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $2,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.

I can not thank the hosts who assisted us in a great time of need. Our original booking was cancelled the morning we were meant to check in which left us scrambling to find a replacement accomodation. Despite multiple situations that made the process harder (not through any fault of the hosts) there were so supportive and helpful. The house is beautiful, clean, neat, and was wonderful to stay in over Christmas. There was plenty of room, great amentities and the location was fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and local shops. We had guests ranging from 3 all the way up to their 70s and all thoroughly enjoyed the accomodation. The highlights for the adults were the amazing theatre room, the well appointed and roomy kitchen & dining (for Christmas day prep). For the kids they couldn't go past the arcade game, pool and fusbal table. The addition of supplied beach toys/body boards sealed the deal. We would happily stay here again and encourage others to do so also! Thank you again!
