We actually didn't get to stay at the Landmark as Metro Hospitality told me when I called the day before check-in about our room not being available. They claimed to have an equal property in Casa Grande and with my son's wedding the next day I took their word for it and that was a mistake. I paid for a luxurious apartment 3brd and what I received was a 2bdr slum in Casa Grande that couldn't accommodate our entire family. They won't respond to my many attempts to reach them. Anyway, they ruined my son's wedding weekend and my wife and I spent one night in this scummy apartment.
We didnt receive check in instructions until noon the day we were supposed to check in when we were supposed to receive it 24 hours prior the pool was supposed to be open year round but the door was just locked the entire time
Nice property in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short drive to Safeway and other convenience stores. The apartment was clean, very comfortable beds, nice en-suite bathroom fir the master-bedroom. There were a few things not available but the communication with agent was good. The pool seemed closed ( January month) or anyway we didnât see nor asked for instructions on accessing the pool. Weâll go there again.
I was a good place to stay. My biggest complaint is a lot of the lights are burned out and only one of the three above the counter worked and it would go out after a few minutes. The coffee table is falling apart, the stools at the counter are cheap and keep going down while sitting in them and one has a loose seat. This room was converted from a wreck room, so the light switches are in odd spots there is no plug for light right side of bed.
lots of bugs on the kitchen floor, two TVs didn't work properly. not enough towels. Apt was nice spacious all amenities we need were available. Overall it was adequate.
would recommend it to others.
The property worked out well for us. It had a comfy feeling.
It had the basics that we needed but would have been nice to have a little more essentials, laundry soap, blow dryer, and extra blankets. The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty?
I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard.
Also, a little map to find the apartment would be perfect.
Great location. Property needs some updates and paint. All in all it was good. There is a train that passes through a couple of times a day, but barely noticeable. I would stay here again if in the area
Didnât stay. tried to contact them for late check in five times. message them once two days prior and the day of they never responded or return my calls. All calls were during office hours everything went to automated message machine terrible terrible customer service would never stay with this group.
