Our large Conway retreat comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach, golfing, or exploring the Grand Strand. Located just minutes from Coastal Carolina University, this home is ideal for campus visits, sporting events, and graduation trips.

Guests are only a short drive from the area`s top attractions including Broadway at the Beach, one of Myrtle Beach’s most popular entertainment districts with restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and attractions. The famous Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, known for waterfront dining and beautiful views, is just 25 minutes away. The sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach are only a 30-minute drive.

Back at the house, enjoy a full game and entertainment area featuring pool, air hockey, ping pong, cornhole, and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4-player arcade game. A next-gen gaming system with 821 built-in games keeps everyone entertained. Relax in the bright Carolina Room overlooking the peaceful golf course or enjoy a movie night with Smart TVs and Android TV.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee station, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything needed for family meals or group dinners.

- Please remove shoes in the house
- Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed inside or outside of house.
- No drugs allowed.
- Pets are allowed. Cats and Dogs only, MAX 2.
- Pet fee is $75 per pet/per stay.
- Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
- Only use appliances for their intended uses.
- Guests: People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. An additional charge can be charged of $150 per person, per night if this occurs. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- Guests are not allowed to exceed 12 without written permission.
- Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate
- Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacles located on the side of the house. If your stay includes a Monday night/Tuesday morning, please take out the trash for pickup.
-Parking. Guests have use of the main driveway, there is no access to the garage. No parking on the grass.
-The property is situated adjacent to the Hackler Golf Course. Due to its proximity to the golf course, it is possible for golf balls to enter the front, side, or rear areas of the property. Please be advised that such occurrences are beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for any damage to property or personal injury caused by stray golf balls. Occupants assume all risks associated with the property’s location adjacent to the golf course. We appreciate your understanding and urge all guests to remain alert to their surroundings.

Check Out Procedures
• Check out is at 11am. Please check out promptly at 11am, so that our housekeepers have time to prepare the house for the next arriving guests.
• Guests who leave after 11:30 am will be billed a $50 fee.
• Guests departing after 12pm will be charged for an extra night stay.

Important: Before you arrive you mayl be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Departure Instructions
• Dishes should be cleaned.
• Home should be tidy, garbage picked up, toys and games put away.
• Please put wet/dirty towels, bed linens, and anything else that needs to be washed in the washer- No need to run it, just please leave the door open.
• Lock all the doors and windows.

Refund Policy
• No refunds for early departures, adverse road or weather conditions, power outages, electrical or appliance failures , or other inconveniences that are out of our control.
