Come and relax in our newly renovated 3 bed/2.5 bath home located in a serene area. It features a fully equipped kitchen with ample dining space, a cozy living room with a smart TV, and multiple fun activities inside and out to keep everyone having a good time! There is no cable but you may access apps on one of the six smart tv's using your own logins. The coffee bar in the kitchen comes with complimentary coffee for the first day of your stay!

Each bedroom is equipped with linens, a smart TV, closet space, and extra pillows/blankets. The primary bedroom en-suite has a king sized bed with a double vanity bathroom with a shower. The hallway bath has both a shower and tub. Each bathroom upstairs is equipped with 4 towels/washcloths each, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, and a few other cotton products.

If you're looking for entertainment, check out the basement which guests have full access to. Challenge your friends to a game of pool, ping-pong, enjoy a drink while watching sports at the bar, or let the little ones release some energy in the play zone! Also available for your enjoyment is the sand volleyball court with equipment, corn hole boards, and other fun games!

Go for an adventure in the provided kayaks down the canal with quick access to the Waccamaw River.  There is a small boat ramp located in the backyard for easy water access. If you have a canoe or small flat bottom boat, you may use this ramp at your convenience. The larger public boat ramp into the Waccamaw River about a half mile down the road if you want to bring your own boat and explore more of the waterways in the area! Take a boat ride to downtown Conway and tie up next to many great restaurants and bars. Youth and Adult life jackets are provided for your use during your stay!

The couch has a pull out for extra sleeping space. Linens for the couch are available upon request. There is also a queen air mattress, toddler air mattress, and a pack n play with linens for use with prior request. The property sleeps 8 guests comfortably, any additional guests are allowed with approval. Looking to be the host of a celebration on the property? We have ample space and entertainment but we do ask that you get prior approval before gatherings are permitted.

For our furry friends staying, dogs may be left unattended but only if crated. $50 unauthorized pet fee/$50 excessive mess pet fee.
