Open floor plan and great for entertaining! Close to a secluded beach on crystal-clear, spring fed Pea Porridge Pond. This home is fully equipped with WIFI! Includes 5 bedrooms with a master suite.
There is also a large kitchen, 2 dinning room tables and 2 living rooms 50” plasma, 32” led, leather couches, foosball, ping pong and games. Perfect for a crowd!
Enjoy the outside in the screen house and not worry about mosquitoes.
Kayak and paddle board also available for enjoyment.
Enjoy New Englands 4-seasons by visiting some of the near by attractions such as: Diana's Bath, Cathedral Ledge, Mount Chocoura, Storyland, Santa's Village, Tuckerman's Ravine, Presidential mountain range and much more. We loved that the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Everything was every clean and well maintained. Ample space for all of us to hang out and play games.

Great location in Conway area

We enjoyed our stay at the house with family. Living space/kitchen area was a great area to hang out with family while cooking/playing games/watching tv. Wish weather was a little nicer so that we could have enjoyed the beaches/kayaks. Great location to lots of different attractions.

Perfect Family Home

This house works out well with multiple family members with the 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Location is close to attractions/ shopping but yet quiet and serene. We have stayed here twice so far and look forward to renting again when we can.

Wonderful rental!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had five couples and there was plenty of room. A spacious living and kitchen area and the bedrooms were great. The owner was wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent again!

Very nice home in a great location

Very friendly and responsive owners. House has a nice central kitchen/family room and was very comfortable for our party of 10. It is large enough to afford privacy with multiple families. The location is very convenient for both summer and winter activities.

A beautiful getaway, perfect for gathering friends

This was a beautiful house, exactly as stated on the website. The open concept upstairs made for a great place to gather a group of friends/family; and the downstairs was a perfect quiet getaway spot. The new screen house addition was great for our summer night stay to be outdoors but escape the mosquitoes and other outdoor bothers. Also, excellent communication prior to our stay.

Wonderful House, Clean and Great Location

The house has enough room for whole family to enjoy. It is in good condition and very clean. They offer a lot of kitchen gadgets and supplies to use, plus washing machine, dryer, dishwasher which helps make your vacation run smoothly. Close to area sites. Quiet neighborhood.

King Pine February Vacation

5 Adults and 5 Children slept comfortably. The living room is huge with 2 large tables and an island counter. A short drive to Conway Center, North Conway, and our family’s favorite King Pine. The ping pong table was a big hit with the teens. The adults admired the gas stove. It was close to the water and appeared to be a good place for a summer visit as well m.

Just what we needed!

My siblings and I for a Christmas gift to our parents rented out this house for the weekend as a nice getaway for the whole family to enjoy..just relaxing and enjoying each others company while we bbq'ed and enjoyed the little beach! The house is beautiful and well kept. Very spacious and a great location! Thanks again for letting us rent it out!-The Robinson clan!

North Conway Vacation

We had a great time staying at this house. It was a short drive to North Conway and Storyland. We had 11 people stay including a 2,3,10, and 14 yrs. old and there was plenty of room for everyone. We even got a free nature show when a momma bear and her two cubs decided to raid the trash barrels!!!!!

10 days of winter family fun

The home is beautiful! Stayed here in 2012 and came back for our 2023 trip. Lots of updates since our last stay! Enjoyed the 2 large tables for eating and game playing. Lots of bedrooms and separate space for our adult kids and grandkids to have individual time! Pool table and dart board were bonus fun for the adults! Built a sledding trail in backyard that supplied weeklong fun! Thank you for a great place! We will be back!

New Hampshire Family Vacation 2022

Great location less than an hour from most attractions in the North Conway area and just a bit more than an hour to attractions outside of the area. Shopping is awesome and so are your food options. Hannaford, Shaw's and Walmart are in North Conway but easy to get to in less than 20 minutes. Thusis public beach is a 16 minute walk without children (we timed it) so it would be longer with the kiddos and beach stuff, but the drive is easy peasy and just down the road is another public beach. There are no real beach toys or regular toys for younger children at the house so bring your own. Did teach my 5 and 8 year old grands to play Clue and Uno which was fun!! Unfortunately neither the pool table or pingpong table were very usable and just need a little TLC to bring them back to life for use. AC in one of the bedrooms didn't work but luckily our DIL likes it warm so it worked out. Owner notifed and I'm sure they'll get a new one in ASAP. Bring your own linens and towel of course. Would definately rent again!

Plenty of Room for a Big Group

This was an excellent house for our group of 6 seniors. It is vey clean, comfortable, everything works and it is close enough to the White Mountains National Forest to make it a good starting point for access to many outdoor activities. The owners were very responsive to our questions and they communicate effectively to make the stay, pretty much, trouble-free. Thank you Mabel and Jim. We will be back :-)

Snowy Mountain Getaway

My friends and I had a wonderful time up in the mountains! This house was perfect for all of us to get together, play games, eat yummy food and spend time together. The house had ample amount of room and the basic necessities to really allow you to sit back and relax! It is only 15-20 min from downtown North Conway which we have decided to enjoy on our way out. Thank you for sharing your space and we will definitely consider coming back!
