Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house as it's primarily set up for guests.

The Neighborhood:
Close to the I-45 (for quick access) lies this cozy house, big enough for 12. Down the street from Target (1.8 mi), and The Woodlands Mall (1.5mi) but still secluded in its own quiet private neighbourhood make this a must stay residence. Walgreens, Home Depot, (0.3mi) and Memorial Hermann hospital (2.2mi). Woodforest Bank Stadium only (2.6mi) away.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are readily available and there is enough parking space for 4-5 vehicles in the driveway and lots of street parking out front.

Other Things to Note:
*All FULL bathrooms are upstairs

We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.

Interaction with Guests:
Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival or if you expect to arrive after 2am, so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.
