Loud parties, events or pets are not allowed. Due to the local ordinance, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbors and passerbys. Therefore, noise that may cause inconvenience during the night, from 11 o'clock at night to 7 o'clock in the morning, is not allowed.



In a quiet residential area just outside Conil de la Frontera, Casa Rustica is located on the first floor of a rustic stone house and can accommodate 5 people. The apartment has its own entrance, is modernly furnished and has a spacious living-dining area with an open, very well-equipped kitchen and adjoining furnished balcony, two double rooms, a single room and a bathroom. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fans and a baby cot. In addition to the balcony, the apartment also has a fenced-in outdoor area at ground level, which promises relaxing holidays with a pool, sun loungers and a barbecue area. The city centre with numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The nearest beach is also only 3 km or 6 minutes by car away.



Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
