★House Rules★

- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- Pets, parties or events are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



Guest Access:

Guests staying in Unit C will have full access to this private upstairs unit within a three-family property. Each unit features its own separate entrance, ensuring privacy for all. Unit C guests are welcome to use the front yard and the circular driveway. Please note that the backyard patio, side driveway, and backyard area are designated for the downstairs unit.

A photo ID and Guest Registration Form may be required to confirm your reservation, and the primary guest must be 25 years or older to book. For security purposes, there are four exterior cameras located at the entry doors, a spotlight for the walkway, and the garage. Footage is private and used solely to ensure compliance with house policies.

Since these options depend on the cleaning schedule, availability can only be confirmed on the day of arrival or departure. This VRBO was fantastic! Clean,Comfortable and close to everything you need. The apartment was clean and updated, plenty of towels and sheets for our stay and the laundry was a plus! Furniture and bed were very comfortable, tv was great and the kitchen had everything you needed to make at home meals, however, it was way too easy to eat out at all the wonderful restaurants in the area!! We loved the brightness of the apartment with all its windows. The host was the best we’ve ever encountered in our years of renting from VRBO!Tyler was very quick to respond to any questions promptly without hesitation to fix or suggest. It was extremely warm when we arrived in early August and left us a fan in case we needed it. We stayed for just about a month and loved the fire pit, the area for walking and the cooler weather as we escaped the humidity we have in Florida, not that he could control the weather but I bet he would if he could! Tyler is a definite hands on owner ! He has properties from Maine to the Cape and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again!! Thank you, Tyler and Mackenzie for a fabulous place!
