We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.
Nestled in the heart of Conception Bay South, Stanleyâs Road offers a peaceful coastal setting with easy access to the bay and local marinas. Enjoy scenic walks along the shoreline, explore nearby trails, or unwind at Topsail Beach Rotary Park. The area blends tranquil residential charm with the lively energy of a working marina. Local favorites like Ninepenny Brewing đș and Bergs Ice Cream đŠ are just a short drive away, making it perfect for a relaxed Newfoundland getaway.
Guests will have full access to the home via a smart lock. A unique access code will be sent prior to check-in. Fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and essentials are provided for your stay.
For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guestâs responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee
Bedrooms:
This inviting home offers five well-appointed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. The master retreat features a king bed and a dedicated workspace, while a second bedroom also includes a king bed and workspace. Two additional bedrooms each have two single beds, and the fifth bedroom offers three single beds. Every room provides a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for both rest and remote work.
