Stone Creek features a special style of its own! Enjoy the spacious kitchen and living area with 3 bedrooms, including a loft for cozy sleeping. Nice closet space in every room. You would think there is no one else at the Frio River when you step into this great backyard overlooking a wooded area and dry creek. Enjoy the roomy covered back patio while you enjoy your swimming pool, playing horseshoes, or tossing washers. There is a beautiful firepit/cooker, just perfect for your Frio meals in the patio area. The backyard has unlimited uses for your family gatherings plus a great place to relax and watch those big and bright Texas stars! Stone Creek is centrally located on River Road, just minutes from the clear waters of the Frio River. Ample parking is available to accommodate large groups for a special event. Who doesn't like to enjoy the pool during the cold nights on the Frio? Take advantage of the heated pool at Stone Creek. Ask us about the additional cost to have that added to your stay.

To help keep your rental costs down, guests can bring their own linens and towels. We also offer the option to rent them for an additional fee. If you would like to rent linens and towels for your stay, please provide us with at least four weeks' notice before your arrival. Please note that beds will not be made for guests. Additionally, we have a limited supply of linens and towels and cannot guarantee their availability. All King, Queen and Full beds include two towels and will be charged at $24 dollars per bed. All twin beds will include one towel per bed and will be charged at $12.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

Great for family time

It was a really nice place there was only about 3 things that wasn’t good the out door restroom was dirty , there was a lot of roaches, and one of the employees came in the house to lock a door after we had already been checked in

It needs serious work.The home smells dingy.The fixtures need upgrading.House is dark. The appliances need to be replaced. Stove does not maintain the temperature. The dishwasher doesn't work.There is no master bedroom as there are 3 bunk beds there(you will hit your foot in that room)There is a one room with just one bed but it is hot, I didn't see an ac vent there. The pool equipment needs to be repaired or replaced.Its dirty.Property management is very nice and went after hours to net clean and had the floor vacuumed but it only does so much. I could see cloudy debris when the pool light was on. Other pools near by looked clean and inviting. I believe the pool pump wasn't operational. It turned off after they turned it on. Find another cabin.

Room to Roam

There was space for the kids to roam and play and space for the adults to chill. Great little spot. House was clean and didn’t have a ridiculous “to-do” list at the end of our stay. Loved the rental company, and we will use them again next time we’re in the area.

Great Stay!

We came for a Labor Day weekend get away with friends and everyone loved the house and location. The backyard needs a little more upkeep, the third bathroom is pretty hidden outside by the pool, and the water didn’t get very hot inside the house, but everything else was wonderful!

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We are a family of 15 (5 kids total) and all of us have room at this house. Kitchen is big enough for cooking and gathering. The pool and outside area were perfect. We had the choice to sit pool side or enjoy the river a few minutes away. Would definitely recommend! We plan on staying again.

Fun family get together

The property was perfect for us. Plenty of comfortable beds for sleeping, lots of seating inside and out. We loved having the pool to hang out in when we weren't at the river.
