Yet as cozy as the inside is, we're sure you'll be spending the majority of your time outside, as this beautiful property truly offers “room to roam”! It boasts a screen-enclosed outdoor cantina with a kitchen (including a sink, stove, and microwave), bar seating, a game room (including an arcade-style golf game and foosball table), and a restroom. What to Bring:
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases (pillows and bedspreads are provided) (see below
in the miscellaneous section regarding the ability to rent linens)
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dish washing, laundry, and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
