You will have river access at Rock Island for your stay at Not to Worry.

Not to Worry boasts a great location, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, accommodating up to 12 guests in beds, with two additional futons in the living room. This cabin is conveniently situated just off River Road, within walking distance of a restaurant, convenience store, and a public swimming pool/splash pad. It’s the perfect spot for your Frio River vacation with family and friends!
Access to the public swimming pool and splash pad is available through River Oaks Resort (fees are payable at the pool). The cozy cabin has a split floor plan, offering 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each side of the open kitchen and living area. The home is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, along with ceiling fans for added comfort.
Outside, you'll find two picnic tables on the covered back patio, a BBQ pit, a horseshoe pit, a fire pit, and shared volleyball facilities. The kitchen comes fully equipped with basic kitchenware, including cooking pots, pans, baking dishes, dinner plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils. Small appliances include a coffee pot, blender, toaster, crock pot, and microwave.

PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet, with a 2 pet allowance pets must weigh 15 pounds and under. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation.

To help keep your rental costs down, guests can bring their own linens and towels. We also offer the option to rent them for an additional fee. If you would like to rent linens and towels for your stay, please provide us with at least four weeks' notice before your arrival. Please note that beds will not be made for guests. Additionally, we have a limited supply of linens and towels and cannot guarantee their availability. All King, Queen and Full beds include two towels and will be charged at $24 dollars per bed. All twin beds will include one towel per bed and will be charged at $12.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
