This Luxurious Suite has, a King over queen bunk and a Queen over queen bunk, full bathroom It is the perfect getaway for a small family or group, and sleeps 8. This property features a kitchenette with mini fridge, coffeemaker, microwave and sink, and also a front porch next to the pool....!!
You will have access to our fully stocked outdoor kitchen/pavilion with plenty of outdoor seating. It has everything your family needs, like a gas grill, wood smoker pit, regular wood pit, open top grill, and all the pots, pans, utensils and kitchenware you need to cook an amazing outdoor meal for you and your family. There is plenty of seating in our outdoor pavilion with an 65" Smart TV for your entertainment. Forget your Netflix/Hulu login? We have DirecTV! and 250mg fiber wifi
We furnish sheets and pillowcases you need to bring your towels.â
Quiet time is 10pm.
Pets are allowed in this suite for a $100 fee.
However, we do have some guidelines;
35lb maximum, non-aggressive breeds, non-shedding and must have prior approval from the owner.
All of our properties are smoke-free.
Signs and welcome booklets are available in this property. More information on rules, including a checklist and map will be emailed to you after booking.

We will gladly drop your party off at Seven Bluffs Crossing for a 2-3 hour float that-guess what- ends up right on our private riverfront! You'll be back in time for lunch!

We allow you to park right on the river's edge with your vehicle for tailgating and watching the thousands of folks float right past our private riverfront shore.
