HARD ROCK is a spacious Frio River vacation rental in Concan, Texas, ideal for large families, multiple families, and group getaways. This beautiful Texas Hill Country vacation home sleeps up to 19 guests in beds and offers comfort, privacy, and convenience just minutes from the crystal-clear Frio River.

Enjoy your own private pool and outdoor cabana with BBQ area, perfect for relaxing after tubing, kayaking, or swimming on the Frio River. The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen make gathering and preparing meals easy after a full day on the river.

This Concan TX vacation home features a split floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, providing privacy for adults while keeping children comfortable and close. The home’s layout and setting make it perfect for Frio River family vacations, reunions, and summer Hill Country escapes.

Located just minutes from Frio River access, tubing outfitters, and local Concan attractions, HARD ROCK makes Frio River vacation planning simple and stress-free.

Linens & Towels Policy
To help keep rental rates affordable, linens and towels are not provided. Guests are required to bring their own or rent linens and towels for an additional fee with advance notice. If linens and towels are rented, sheet and towel sets will be placed at the end of each bed prior to arrival. Linen availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please submit your request at least three weeks prior to arrival.

Linen Rental Pricing
King, Queen, & Full beds: $24 + tax per bed (includes two towel sets)
Twin beds: $12 + tax per bed (includes one towel set)
(towel set includes wash cloth, hand towel & bath towel)

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
