Enjoying time the honored tradition of roasting s'mores around the custom rock fire pit or star gaze next to a blazing fire in the custom rock outdoor fireplace. There's plenty of lounge chairs, picnic tables with benches and for the grill master there's an outdoor charcoal smoker for tasty barbecue. Outside fun starts with horseshoes, corn hole and tetherball.

Hang on to your Stetson when you see the Texas sized, outdoor covered decks have plenty of room for everyone to relax or for al fresco dining. Perfect alfresco living! Watch your favorite sports teams or listen to music on the outdoor tv while relaxing under the night time party lights, perfect for the entire family. Form an expedition hike to the top of the hill for expansive views of Old Baldy at Garner State Park.

The two large and spacious downstairs bedrooms have wood floors, upscale furnishings and plenty of windows. There is a master bedroom with new 2023 bathroom, another bathroom downstairs with white tile and a bathroom upstairs.

The very spacious second bedroom has two queen beds, wood floors and pretty decor. The upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, vaulted ceiling and nice view. The fourth bedroom is an upstairs loft that spans the entire length of the home with one queen and two twin beds.
