In the heart of Como, in an exclusive location rich in history, this refined apartment offers a perfect blend of period charm and modern comfort. Located within the prestigious Palazzo Odescalchi, the property guarantees spacious and bright spaces ideal for families and groups of up to six people.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator and provides an entrance that immediately welcomes in a large living room equipped with a double sofa bed. The living area is enhanced by a loft with a sofa bed for two, perfect for accommodating additional guests, and an independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, enhanced by a loft that houses a closet and an armchair, offering an intimate and relaxing environment.

A bathroom with a shower stall completes the layout of the accommodation.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
