Overlooking the majestic Lake Como and within easy reach of the centre of town, this beautiful property has everything you need to experience the best of the Lombardy region and beyond. Take a boat out onto the water for the day, immerse yourself in this regionâs incredible history, take a daytrip down to Milan or witness the stunning views from Brunate. Essentials, linen, towels, TV and WiFi are provided.
Living & Eating
The open plan kitchen and living area is roomy and stylish, with wooden floors and high ceilings, a large comfortable sofa, TV and generously sized dining table. The connecting kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The triple bedroom is bright, airy and minimalist in design, containing one double bed and one single bed, basic storage facilities and floating bookshelves. There is also a sofa bed, making this property perfect for couples, families or groups of up to four.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower and bidet. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided.

Como, Lombardia, Italy
Around 45km north of Milan and with a current population of 84,000, the commune of Como is widely considered to be one of the most beautiful and picturesque areas of Lombardy. Sitting on the shore of the majestic Lake Como, the area was a centre of commerce and trade during the Middle Ages, which saw the construction of a defensive network of watch towers including the historic Castello Baradello which can still be seen today. The property is situated right on the lake, just a stoneâs throw from the centre of town which itself offers a multitude of attractions, from the Museo Storico Giuseppe Garibaldi to the Basilica di SantâAbbondio. Also nearby is the commune of Brunate, which is accessible by funicular train and offers stunning views over much of the region.
Getting around
Como Lago train and bus stations, as well as the funicular station for connections to Brunate, are close to the apartment, offering easy access to the wider surrounding area. Convenient connections to Milan and beyond are also accessible from Comoâs San Giovanni station, with Milan around 40 minutesâ journey away. There is also a wide range of tour companies and boat operators who offer trips on the lake, from
rides to some of the coastal towns such as Cernobbio and Bellagio to simple pleasure trips out on the water.
