Our apartment is located within a beautiful, gated apartment community in the heart of the Polaris area.

It's quiet, peaceful, and 100% smoke-free (even the apartment balconies, parking lots, etc.).

The best part, though, is our location! When you stay at our place, you can walk to wonderful restaurants (101 Beer Kitchen, Buffalo Wild Wings, Clean Juice, etc.)

You're also practically next door to the Polaris Fashion Place mall (9-minute drive), and even closer (less than 1 mile) from IKEA, Top Golf, and 25+ more restaurants.

Thanks to our location right off I-71, we're ll have access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse...including the fully-equipped fitness center, the Starbucks Coffee barista machine, business center, and outdoor saltwater pool.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire apartment. As our guest, you’ll also have access to the community amenities (dog park, pool, fitness center).

You can walk to a supermarket, multiple restaurants, ice cream shop, juice place, Orange Theory, Top Golf, and much more. But anything else will require a car or Uber/Lyft.

This home is located in a 100% smoke-free community, so please note that no smoking (of any kind) is allowed anywhere…including our balcony, breezeways, parking lots, etc.

Pets <75 lbs are welcome to join you during your stay with prior approval (2 pets max). No commonly restricted breeds please.

Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know!

FAQ:

Q: What if I don't know how long I'll need to stay? Do I have to commit to the whole stay upfront in order to make sure nobody else books nights I might need?

A: No worries! Unlike most furnished rentals, we specialize in flexible stays. Just book your first 30 nights for starters, then send us a message. We'll block our calendar as far out as you want so that you can just extend as you go if needed. All we ask is that you give us 2 weeks' notice when you're ready to move out.

Q: What if my plans change after booking and I end up needing to shorten my stay/change my dates?

A: No problem. Just let us know what you need! Once you move in, 30 nights is the minimum stay. Otherwise, you can shorten your stay any time with just 2 weeks' notice. We'll even provide a partial refund for any unused nights you may have already paid for beyond the 2-week mark.

Q: I found another furnished rental that is cheaper. Why should I spend more to book with you?

A: As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. All of our guests stay for 30+ nights, and we go above and beyond to create the perfect temporary home - from our obsessive cleaning practices to the coziness of our Frette bedding to the speed of our responses when you have a question. We strive keep our rates reasonable, but ultimately, it costs money to provide quality. We think comfort and peace of mind are important enough to splurge on a little bit, and we hope you'll agree. :)

Q: Do the photos on this listing just show a model/example apartment, or do they show the exact apartment that where I'll be staying?

A: Our photos show the *exact* apartment you'll be renting, exactly the way it will look when you arrive...even down to little details like the placement of the complimentary Fiji waters on the beds.
