The Goodale Park Flat is a 1st floor unit in a fantastic vintage brick building, directly across the street from Goodale Park. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and custom touches will make this a unique and memorable stay. Walk to High Street shopping and dining in 5 minutes.

☆ The 75" curved-panel TV is the highlight of the living room - TV is equipped with a Roku stick for streaming from your own accounts.
☆ The master bedroom features a king size bed, another TV, an en suite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. Please note - the entrance to the en suite bathroom does not have door - the bathroom is arranged so that the shower and toilet are not visible from the bedroom.
☆ Kitchen is well-equipped, with a Keurig coffee machine and other essentials. Note: the ice-maker built into the freezer does not work, but ice trays are provided.
☆ Basement laundry room is accessed from an interior hallway door. Our cleaners may occasionally use this laundry room (through a different entrance) - so there is lock on your side of the basement door.
☆ Second full bathroom is accessed from the hallway
☆ Second bedroom has a queen bed and a large desk with two monitors available for connection via HDMI cable.

If you are driving, you will park in the garage at the back of the property, cross the back yard (shared) and enter through the back door (private). If you are being dropped off, you can come up the front steps to front porch and enter through the front door (also private). Both doors have keypad locks for 24/7 entry.

We live nearby and can be available if needed, but we typically do not meet our guests in person.

The Short North is home to some of the best restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and night life in the city. This neighborhood draws a healthy blend of graduate students, young professionals, and families. Goodale Park is right across the street and is home to ComFest, summer concert series, tennis courts, and some really big trees. The building is also along the route for the Cap City Half Marathon, the Columbus Marathon, the Pride Parade, and the Doo Dah parade!

The area is very walkable. If you are able, we suggest parking your car and walking everywhere! Street parking available for an additional $3/night.

The basement laundry room is accessed from an interior hallway door. Our cleaners may occasionally use this laundry room (through a different entrance) - so there is lock on your side of the basement door.

This building was built in the early 1900s. The ceilings are not soundproof and it's highly likely that you may hear other people in the building walking around above you. If you hear excessive noise from other people after 10pm, please let us know and we will address it with them.

One garage parking space is included with the booking. Additional parking may be available for an additional cost - please inquire.

The TV does not have cable or access to any free live channels. It is a “smart” TV only. You will need to log into your own streaming accounts to play content on the TV.
