We'll be available by message/phone/text if you need anything at all during your stay. We are a husband/wife team and do this for a living, so we're focused and organized enough to be super helpful but way too busy to hover. :) You'll feel like it's your own apartment during your stay, but we'll always be available at a moment's notice if you ever need anything.

Our apartment is located within a beautiful, gated community in the Polaris shopping area of Westerville.

You'll love being able to walk to restaurants (101 Beer Kitchen, Buffalo Wild Wings, Clean Juice, Dave's Hot Chicken, etc.)

You're also practically next door to the Polaris Fashion Place mall (2-3 miles), and even closer (less than 1 mile) from IKEA, Top Golf, and dozens more restaurants.

As our guest, you'll have access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse...including the fully-equipped fitness center, the Starbucks Coffee barista machine, business center, and outdoor saltwater pool.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay via keypad, app, and physical keys.

After booking, you'll receive full check-in details - including codes for the community gate and your keypad code for the apartment door (we change this for every guest so you can feel safe and secure during your stay).

Step out from your private entrance and you'll be greeted by the peace & quiet of our gated community - tucked just off of Polaris Parkway in one of Columbus' most desirable neighborhoods.

Getting around is super easy in the Polaris area. Driving and parking are a breeze, and you'll enjoy close proximity to the freeway. If you don't have a car, Uber and Lyft are available within minutes at pretty much any time of day or night. You can walk to multiple restaurants and attractions as well.

This apartment is in a 100% smoke-free community, so please note that no smoking of any kind is allowed *anywhere* on site...including balconies, breezeways, parking lots, etc.

Pets <75 lbs are welcome to join you during your stay (2 pets max). No commonly restricted breeds please.

Extra Flexibility: We love taking care of our guests, and one of the ways we do that is by including extra flexibility above/beyond the listed policies. If you don't know how long you'll need the place, just book your first 30 nights for starters, then ask us to block off the calendar for you. We are happy to do this so that you can just extend as you go without making any long-term commitments or risking other guests booking future dates you might need. The only thing we ask is that you give us 2 weeks notice when you'll be moving out so that we have time to find our next guest. If you have any questions about this, just message us and ask. We know all the different policies can be confusing. :)

Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know!
