Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle in the back of the home. Additional street parking is available where permitted.
• This home is equipped with (2) external security cameras; (1) located on the front porch and actively monitoring the walkway into the home and a partial view of the street, (2) located on the back porch and actively monitoring the parking area and rear walkway into the home.
• This home is a sister unit to Summit Scholars 2. You may see other guests coming and going during your stay. Larger groups are encouraged to book the combined/parent unit of Summit Scholars Suites, providing access to both units.
