The German Village Spacious Retreat has Location, Location, Location! This flat is just steps from Downtown Columbus, and in the quaint German Village. Our space is modern, clean, and welcoming! It has been designed specifically to be just what a small group would need for the perfect short stay. Our suite provides a memory foam mattress, smart HDTV, 3 bedrooms, and a plenty of space to share with your group. Just a 5 minute walk to Downtown Columbus!



The Space:

Our apartment is the bottom floor of a duplex property. There are a few steps to get down to the front door from the sidewalk, but the apartment is all on one level. The main living room/dinning room is spacious and provides a great room for catching up with your loved ones. Our kitchen has a fresh renovation, and is ready for aspiring chefs to delight all guests. Our bathroom has been updated and is a great place to prepare for the day. Also, our apartment has a washer and dryer in the unit. The backyard is a shared space with our upstairs neighbors, but is a lovely place to unwind after a busy day. We have a parking space for 1 car in the back as well.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to our entire lower level apartment. They will have shared access to the back yard and exterior or the property. Included in this rental is exclusive access to 1 off-street parking spot on our parking pad in the photo.



The Neighborhood:

IIn the heart of German Village! Full of lively entertainment and dining options and the country’s largest resident theater company. It is further enhanced by (23 acre) Schiller Park, which has the lovely Huntington Garden, dozens of mature trees, a lake, tennis courts, picnic area, and people walking their dogs. Minutes from Downtown Columbus, Steps to German Village, 10 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 5 Minutes to the Columbus Convention center, 10 Minutes from the Columbus Airport, 2 Minutes to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, within walking distance to Lots of 4 and 5 Star rated restaurants on Yelp!, a large grocery store. A warm, charming, historical, and walk-able neighborhood which is also a diverse and friendly community.



Getting Around:

We have a parking space for 1 car in the back. Uber and Lyft work really well in Columbus. Our house is also located close to a public bus stop, and just a few minutes drive to downtown. Being very close to the freeway, allows getting most places to Columbus from our central location in under 3 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
