**This home does have exterior security cameras placed at the front and back doors. They record both porches, front and back yards, parking pad, and sidewalks 24/7. We have access to cameras at all times**

**We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you take your shoes off while in the apartment.**

We are doing everything we can to make sure your stay is as clean and safe as possible. If you have any questions about our cleaning methods or request anything special, do not hesitate to reach out!

**NOTE: This apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building. There are a few stairs that will lead you to your private entrance.**

Feel free to use the coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. It`s $1.50 per wash and per dry.

We do our best to leave you with everything that you need so you can enjoy your stay in Columbus. However, if you need us, we`re happy to answer any questions via text.

Grandview Heights is an amazing and lively neighborhood.

There is a Starbucks on the corner of the block, just a 2-minute walk away.

There are several local restaurants, bars, and shops walking distance. We have a list of our favorites on-site should you need recommendations. You must check out Grandview Avenue while you`re here! Complete with sidewalk cafes, local coffee, and plenty of unique shopping!

The OSU campus and Ohio Stadium are a quick Uber or drive away as is downtown Columbus.

There is one free parking spot that comes with your reservation as well as free street parking in the front of the building. Uber and Lyft are widely used here and very affordable.

Please note our building is from the 1940s. You`ll hear voices or footsteps from the apartment above you. If you are sensitive to this, please connect with us. We can put you in a space that is a better fit for you!
Please read all rules below before booking. Booking a stay constitutes your agreement with our house rules.

SUMMARY
‱ Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
‱ No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance.
‱ No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $1,000 fine for any evidence.
‱ Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation.
‱ Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable).
‱ Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
‱ Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.

GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
‱ Please treat the property as you would your own home.
‱ Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
‱ In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
‱ No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
‱ The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
‱ No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside).
‱ Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
‱ Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
‱ Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed.
‱ Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.

CLEANING AND CARE
‱ Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
‱ Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
‱ We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing.
‱ For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
‱ Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

LONG-TERM STAYS
‱ 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
‱ Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
‱ If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
‱ Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules.
‱ Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

PET POLICY
‱ No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits.
‱ For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200).
‱ For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet.
‱ Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees.
‱ All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet.
‱ Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of.
‱ Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.

SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR
‱ Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points.
‱ Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices.
‱ Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation.
‱ Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported.
‱ Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
‱ Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft.
‱ We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
