Large Yard with Treehouse! Tri-Level Retreat

Summary:
Enjoy a wonderful stay in our charming tri-level home! With 4 bedrooms, two shared sleeping areas, and 3 full bathrooms, it accommodates up to 18 guests. Relax on the cozy patio or let the kids enjoy the treehouse. Our spacious, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and pet-friendly policy (with a fee) ensure a comfortable stay. We’ve included professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. Make yourself at home—we would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. There are a few steps to reach the front door. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a relaxing living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Behind a breakfast bar is a kitchen and a dining area. On the left side of the dining room, there is a door going to the garage area. A down staircase can be found on the right side of the kitchen leading to a bathroom and an open room with bunkbeds and a sofa bed. Going back to the main front door, you will also see a staircase going to the upper level heading to the four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We have a cozy patio with a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill for your use outside. You can also check our tree house beside the main house which is a perfect place to relax and play for your kids!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is in close proximity to major highways, interstates, and shopping centers. Only a few minutes away from Calhoun Tract, Walmart, Fort Moore, and more!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
