Heart of Columbus- Private Parking & Yard

Our charming 2-story home is located in Victorian Village, a very walkable area from Short North, Ohio State University, and Downtown Columbus! From your doorstep, you can walk to dozens of great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and retail stores.
The space
If you love being in the heart of everything, but also like having a place to get away for rest and relaxation, this is the place for you. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The main level features the living room, full kitchen, and half bath with walk out fenced in backyard. The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup or pot of coffee in the morning (K-Cups/coffee provided as well as tea). The living room has a comfortable couch and a smart TV for you to log into your accounts (no cable). The home features large windows allowing for a lot of natural sunlight and tall ceilings help make your stay comfortable. Relax or get a breath of fresh air from the front porch on a rocking chair or the back deck.

The 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom features a comfortable Queen-sized bed (with a twin size pullout underneath) and a desk workspace. The bathroom features a shower/tub.

We provide high speed Internet throughout the house.
Guest access
The home has free private off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the house. Guests have access to the entire house except for the locked basement and 1 linen closets. These are used for storage only.

Heart of Columbus was an excellent rental. The proximity to OSU Medical Center, dog friendly, and 1st floor bathroom met our needs. We traveled 15 hours to stay here due to a medical emergency with family.Upon arrival, the house was clean and inviting. Our dogs were cozy and at ease; the backyard was a triple bonus for this stay.

Beautiful, extra clean and even better than the pictures! The weather was perfect so we really enjoyed the fenced in backyard and patio area, especially our grand dog.I also enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs. The 2 off street parking spots are a hugh bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Excellent and prompt communications. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!

Great get away

We enjoyed this quick getaway that allowed us to bring our dogs. We were able to visit the zoo during the day, but be around fantastic character and great restaurants afterwards. The off street parking is a must & we appreciated the flood lights and signage to give us the extra feeling our car would be safe. Thank you! We will be back next time we are in town.

Nice home in a great location and safe neighborhood. Hosts were responsive and helpful. It comfortably sleeps 4 but gets tight with the pull out beds (cots) if you needed a couple more people. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

OSU Graduation Stay a huge success!

We had a great time celebrating the OSU graduation! This place was in an idea location! Very convenient to the campus, restaurants, and everything! The owner was very good with responding to questions! We were delighted with out stay!!

With a few tweaks it could be great! Nice little quiet neighborhood good for walking and short drive to OSU. Great to have two parking spots in back alley. Interior of house was very clean minus some chipping paint around old windowsills and some spots on furniture. Beds were comfortable, but could use mattress pads/couple new pillows. Two very nice bathrooms one with great shower! Water gets very hot very fast - be careful! Front porch/back yard good to sit, but fencing and yard could use some clean-up/TLC to make the exterior more pleasant.

Great stay in the heart of Columbus

We stay at a TON of VRBO and this house ranks right at the top. We LOVED the fenced in private backyard. The interior has been remodeled and updated and is absolutely beautiful. Plus it has private parking for two large vehicles in the back. I will be putting this property on my short list to stay at again.

Cbus weekend

We just moved from Columbus and came back to see friends and family, we used to live on Neil so this was the perfect get away in our old neighborhood! I will say I was a little confused by the listing I asked about the bed situation. It is two full sized beds, and then a roll away twin bed, which was perfect. We brought a pack and play for my daughter to sleep in and then used the one provided downstairs for her to play in!

Great location.

This is a great little townhouse. It has two nice bedrooms with two person beds and a couch that can fit two, if you are friendly! The neighborhood is very nice and it is easy to communicate with the owners.
